The toilet paper rolls are arranged in two rows with the peripheral surfaces abutting between the upper sealing portion and the lower sealing portion in gusset packaging, the upper sealing portion and the lower sealing portion are located at a position facing the peripheral surfaces of the toilet paper rolls, in the surface of the exterior film facing the end surface of the toilet paper roll, an unsealing portion formed by a perforation is formed, this unsealing portion includes an unsealing start portion with U-shaped or substantially V-shaped perforations arranged such that the upper sealing portion side is the top side, and a wide belt-shaped outlet forming portion formed by a pair of perforations that are continuous with both ends of the unsealing start portion and that extend toward the lower sealing portion, the unsealing start portion is closer to the upper sealing portion than the position adjacent to a pair of toilet paper rolls located closest to the upper sealing portion, and has an unsealing start auxiliary perforation extending from the U-shaped or substantially V-shaped top to the upper sealing side, and each perforation forming the outlet forming portion is located on the toilet paper roll group of each row arranged in two rows, and has a width of 0.5 to 1.2 times the toilet paper roll diameter.
Method of forming a carton with article protection feature
A carton for holding a plurality of articles. The carton comprises a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton and a plurality of end flaps respectively foldably connected to respective panels of the plurality of panels. The plurality of end flaps are at least partially overlapped with respect to one another to thereby at least partially form a closed end of the carton. The carton also can comprise at least one article protection flap foldably connected to at least one end flap of the plurality of end flaps for engaging at least one article of the plurality of articles. The at least one article protection flap extends from the closed end at least partially into the interior of the carton.
Carton with article protection feature
A carton for containing at least one article. The carton comprises at least one panel that can form an interior of the carton. The carton comprises at least one protection feature for protecting the articles from breakage. The article protection feature can comprise at least one feature in end flaps of the carton. The article protection feature can comprise an article protection flap foldably connected to the at least one panel. The article protection flap can be moveable between a first position and a second position wherein the article protection flap is folded relative to the at least one panel.
Carton with Attachment Features
A carton for holding a plurality of containers includes a plurality of panels extending at least partially around an interior of the carton, the plurality of panels including a top panel, a bottom panel, and at least one side panel, and a plurality of end flaps foldably connected to a respective panel of the plurality of panels and forming at least one closed end of the carton, the plurality of end flaps including at least one top end flap, at least one bottom end flap, and at least one side end flap. The carton includes attachment features for attaching the carton to at least one other carton, the attachment features including at least one attachment flap removably connected to an end flap of the plurality of end flaps for attaching the carton to a portion of the at least one other carton.
Carton with article protection insert
A carton for containing at least one article. The carton includes a plurality of panels at least partially forming an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels includes a top panel. The carton includes an article protection flap foldably connected to at least one panel of the plurality of panels. The article protection flap is moveable between a first position that is substantially parallel to the top panel and a second position wherein the article protection flap is folded relative to the top panel. The at least one access feature in the top panel is for positioning the article protection flap from the first position to the second position.
Carton and carton blank
A carton of the gable top style for packaging one or more articles. The carton includes a plurality of panels for forming walls of the carton including: a first side panel; a first end panel having an upper portion and a lower portion; a web panel formed from part of the upper portion and hinged to the first side panel. The carton is convertible from a flat collapsed form into an erected form. In the flat collapsed form, the first side panel is disposed in an overlying or face to face relationship with the first end panel. In the erected form, the first side panel and the first end panel form walls of a tubular structure and define at least in part an interior of the carton for receiving one or more articles.
Collapsible Container Carrier
A basket-type carrier formed from a single blank (1) of foldable sheet material. The carrier (4) comprises a pair of handle panels (10, 60), a pair of bottom panels (20, 70), a pair of bottom reinforcement panels (15, 65), a front panel (30), a back panel (80), side panels (31, 32, 33, 34, 81, 82, 83, 84), side reinforcement panels (21, 22, 71, 72), side flaps (35, 36, 85, 86), interior partition panels (37, 38, 87, 88), and interior partition attachment flaps (39, 89).
