Aspects of the disclosure relate to a carton (90) for packaging one or more articles (B) and a blank (10) for forming the carton. The carton may have at least one display window (W, DW1, DW2) for presentation of an article therein. The carton comprises a plurality of panels forming walls of a tubular structure including a top wall (16), a first side wall, a base wall, and a second side wall. The carton comprises an end closure structure for partially closing an end of the carton (90). The end closure structure comprises a top end closure flap (30a) hingedly connected to the top wall. At least one side end closure flap is hinged to a corner panel by a first fold line. The corner panel is hinged to one of the first and second side walls by a second fold line.

The invention concerns a tin packaging arrangement comprising a sheet of foldable material folded around a plurality of tins, which are arranged together in an orderly manner for the relative packaging, to form a containment volume for the tins themselves, said volume being substantially defined by a base, a side surface, and a top cover obtained from the sheet in a continuous way. A peculiarity of the present invention is that openings are made in the top cover of the sheet of the packaging arrangement, within which top portions of the tins engage.

Aspects of the invention relate to an expandable carton (90) which can be opened from a closed state having a first capacity, into an opened state having a second, greater capacity such that ice or other additional articles can be loaded into the expanded carton along with the original articles housed therein. The carton may have at least one display window (D) for presentation of an article therein. The carton comprises a plurality of panels forming walls of a tubular structure including a top wall (224A, 222A), a first side wall, abase wall, and a second side wall. The carton comprises a bottom opening (A2) defined, at least, in the bottom wall (224B, 222B). The bottom opening is vertically aligned with the at least one article when the at least one article is received in the carton such that the at least one article is accessible through the bottom opening to be raised and lowered with respect to the bottom wall.

A carrier for holding a plurality of containers includes a central panel for engaging the plurality of containers and at least one attachment feature in the central panel that receives and holds a top portion of at least one container of the plurality of containers. The at least one attachment feature includes an opening in the central panel, a first retention feature, and a second retention feature. The first retention feature and the second retention feature includes a respective first retention edge and second retention edge of the central panel defining a respective first portion and a second portion of the opening and for engaging a respective first portion and a second portion of at least one container of the plurality of containers to at least partially attach the at least one container to the carrier.

The plurality of walls include a top wall (12), first side wall (14) hinged to the top wall by a first hinged connection (13) and a second side wall (18) hinged to the top wall by a second hinged connection. The carton comprises a handle structure comprising a handle aperture (A2) struck at least in part from the top wall and defining in part a handle strap (40a). A reinforcing member (S) reinforces the load-bearing edge of the handle aperture.

A carrier for holding a plurality of containers includes a front portion having a front attachment panel for at least partially receiving a respective container of the plurality of containers, a back portion having a back attachment panel for at least partially receiving a respective container of the plurality of containers, and a reinforcement portion extending from the front portion to the back portion for reinforcing the carrier.

The carton comprises a plurality of primary panels including a pair of bottom lap panels (12, 20) secured together to allow the primary panels to form walls of a tubular structure. An upper end closure structure partially closes an end of the tubular structure. The upper end closure structure comprises a lower edge that defines at least in part a window for exposing to view contents (B) of the carton. The upper end closure structure comprises a top end closure flap (30a, 30b, 30c, 30d) having a handle opening defined therein and a pair of side end closure flaps (26a, 26b, 34a, 34b). The side end closure flaps comprise an outer surface and an inner surface opposing the outer surface. The outer surface of each of the side end closure flaps comprises a glue area (G1, G2).

Aspects of the disclosure relate to a carton for packaging a plurality of flanged articles (B), a blank for forming the carton and a method of packaging articles. The carrier comprises a top panel (18) and a pair of side panels (14,22) coupled to the top panel (18) to define an interior space for receiving at least part of each article. The carrier may comprise a first stabilizer (52a, 54a) struck from the top panel such that the first stabilizer defines at least in part a handle aperture in the top panel. The first stabilizer is hingedly connected to the top panel so as to be foldable inwardly into the interior space to provide a finger cushion. The first stabilizer comprises a pair of hooking panels hingedly connected together along a center fold line. The hooking panels comprise engaging edges respectively for engaging the undersides of the flanges of a pair of adjacent flanged articles.

The present disclosure relates to a carrier apparatus primarily for carrying containers having food products therein; but secondarily for carrying containers having any type of products contained therein. Specifically, the carrier apparatus of the present invention allows a user to transport various amounts and types of containers securely, minimizing disturbance to products, such as food products, contained therein. More specifically, the carrier apparatus of the present invention comprises a first configuration for carrying a first amount of containers and a second configuration for carrying a second amount of containers.
