The invention discloses a method of filling beverage into a beverage vessel, comprising the following steps: selecting at least one beverage by a program running on a personal electronic device having a personal electronic device processor by a user, wherein the at least one beverage is represented by at least one beverage parameter set and wherein the at least one beverage parameter set is stored in beverage data; positioning the beverage vessel in the proximity of the personal electronic device by the user; emitting an RF field by an antenna of the personal electronic device; transmitting the beverage data from an the antenna of the personal electronic device in a radio message to an antenna of the beverage vessel by near field communication controlled by the personal electronic device processor after presence of the beverage vessel in the proximity of the personal electronic device has been detected by the personal electronic device by near field communication; extracting electric energy from the RF field by the vessel antenna; storing the beverage data in a memory of the beverage vessel controlled by a vessel processor after receiving the beverage data by the antenna of the beverage vessel; positioning the beverage vessel in the proximity of a beverage dispenser by a user; transmitting a RF field from an antenna of the beverage dispenser; after detecting the beverage vessel in the proximity of the beverage dispenser by near field communication, transmitting by near field communication under control of a dispenser controller by the beverage dispenser a request command from an the antenna of the beverage dispenser to the antenna of the beverage vessel requesting to transmit beverage data in a radio message; extracting electric energy from the RF field by the vessel antenna; in response to receiving the request command by the beverage vessel, reading the beverage data from the memory of the beverage vessel and transmitting the beverage data by the antenna of the beverage vessel to the antenna of the beverage dispenser by near field communication under control of the vessel processor; and in response to receiving the beverage data by the antenna of the beverage dispenser outputting one of the at least one beverage defined by the beverage parameter set in the beverage data into the beverage vessel under control of the dispenser controller, wherein the portable beverage vessel comprises a container comprising a bottom portion forming the lower end of the container and a wall extending from the bottom portion in an essentially vertical direction; a magnetic coupling element arranged at the container; and a control device having a complementary magnetic coupli
Beverage infusion apparatus and method for infusing gas into a beverage
A beverage infusion apparatus includes: (a) a mixer for mixing a beverage concentrate and water to form a diluted concentrate, wherein the water is provided at a water pressure during operation sufficient to flow through the beverage infusion apparatus; (b) an infusion module for infusing a nitrogen containing gas into the diluted concentrate to form a gas infused beverage, wherein: (i) the infusion module comprises a gas draw venturi device for drawing the nitrogen containing gas into the diluted concentrate as a result of flow of the diluted concentrate through the gas draw venturi device to form the gas infused beverage; and (c) a dispensing valve for dispensing the gas infused beverage and constructed to move between an open position and a closed position, wherein: (i) the open position permits dispensing of the gas infused beverage from the beverage infusion apparatus; (ii) the closed position prevents dispensing of the gas infused beverage from the beverage infusion apparatus; and (iii) the dispensing valve is constructed to move between the open position and the closed position by a user of the beverage infusion apparatus. A method of forming a gas infused beverage is provided.
Beverage infusion apparatus and method for infusing gas into a beverage
A beverage infusion apparatus includes: (a) a mixer for mixing a beverage concentrate and water to form a diluted concentrate, wherein the water is provided at a water pressure during operation sufficient to flow through the beverage infusion apparatus; (b) an infusion module for infusing a nitrogen containing gas into the diluted concentrate to form a gas infused beverage, wherein: (i) the infusion module comprises a gas draw venturi device for drawing the nitrogen containing gas into the diluted concentrate as a result of flow of the diluted concentrate through the gas draw venturi device to form the gas infused beverage; and (c) a dispensing valve for dispensing the gas infused beverage and constructed to move between an open position and a closed position, wherein: (i) the open position permits dispensing of the gas infused beverage from the beverage infusion apparatus; (ii) the closed position prevents dispensing of the gas infused beverage from the beverage infusion apparatus; and (iii) the dispensing valve is constructed to move between the open position and the closed position by a user of the beverage infusion apparatus. BEVERAGE DISPENSING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A system for dispensing a beverage includes a storage vessel configured to store the beverage, a flow meter fluidly coupled to the storage vessel and configured obtain flow measurements of the beverage from the storage vessel, a first fluid path comprising a valve fluidly coupled to the flow meter and to a faucet, and a second fluid path comprising a heater fluidly coupled to the flow meter and to a flow restrictor. The heater is operable between a first state and a second state. The heater is configured to increase a temperature of the beverage passing through the heater to a target temperature when the heater is in the first state and configured to not to increase the temperature of the beverage passing through the heater when the heater is in the second state.
BEVERAGE DISPENSING SYSTEM AND METHOD

WATER DISPENSING DEVICE
A water dispensing device for at least dispensing cooled filtered drinking water, includes a hot water tank having a filter for filtering hot water, and a cold water tank. The water dispensing device includes a heat exchanger with a first heat exchange duct with a first inlet and a first outlet, and a second heat exchange duct with a second inlet and a second outlet, where the first inlet is connected to the hot water tank discharge and the first outlet is connected to the cold water tank feed, and where the second inlet is to be connected to a fresh water duct and the second outlet is connected to the hot water tank feed, so that the hot water can be fed from the hot water tank into the cold water tank via the first heat exchange duct in order to subsequently be dispensed as cooled filtered drinking water.
WATER DISPENSING DEVICE
A water dispensing device for at least dispensing cooled filtered drinking water, includes a hot water tank having a filter for filtering hot water, and a cold water tank. The water dispensing device includes a heat exchanger with a first heat exchange duct with a first inlet and a first outlet, and a second heat exchange duct with a second inlet and a second outlet, where the first inlet is connected to the hot water tank discharge and the first outlet is connected to the cold water tank feed, and where the second inlet is to be connected to a fresh water duct and the second outlet is connected to the hot water tank feed, so that the hot water can be fed from the hot water tank into the cold water tank via the first heat exchange duct in order to subsequently be dispensed as cooled filtered drinking water.
SYSTEM, DISPOSABLE CARTRIDGE, AND METHOD FOR THE PREPARATION OF A LIQUID PRODUCT
A system for the preparation of a liquid product comprises a disposable cartridge filled with a single serve portion of a liquid ingredient to be combined with a base liquid for the preparation of a liquid product. Further the system comprises a dispensing apparatus with a pressurized gas source, wherein the apparatus is adapted to bring said pressurized gas source in direct communication with the reservoir of the disposable cartridge so as to allow said liquid ingredient therein to be pressurized by said gas thereby assisting the dispensing thereof from the reservoir via said one or more dispensing passages. The system is adapted to create one or more openings in said portion of the sealing film that covers the reservoir. The dispensing apparatus further comprises a pressurization dome member having a peripheral gas seal adapted to sealingly engage the disposable cartridge around a location where said one or more openings are created in said sealing film and the pressurized gas source is connected to said dome member and is adapted to feed pressurized gas beneath said dome member within the contour of the peripheral gas seal sealingly engaging the disposable cartridge, so as to allow said liquid ingredient in said reservoir to be pressurized by said gas via the one or more openings in said sealing film, thereby assisting the dispensing of the liquid ingredient from the reservoir via said one or more dispensing passages.
WIDGETLESS CANNED NITROGEN INFUSED BEVERAGES
Disclosed herein are non-alcoholic nitrogen infused beverages and method for producing such beverages. The processes described herein comprise producing a mixed gas beverage supported with a foaming agent. Liquid nitrogen and carbon dioxide are added to the beverage, with the addition of a foaming agent, such as soapbark extract. In some embodiments, this process provides a nitrogen infused beverage with foaming and cascading capabilities that are equivalent to a nitro experience delivered through a widget can, without the need for the widget or the use of nitrous oxide.
