Methods of erecting carrier packages
A carrier package is constructed to tightly secure articles within the package. During loading, pushing the containers into the package causes the side panels of the package to deform so that the height of the package decreases and the width of the package increases.
Beverage Container Interlocking Carrier
A beverage container interlocking carrier (BCIC) utilizing a container member that is preferably made of plastic, on which beverage containers are placed. The container member is folded upward following contours of the beverage containers. The beverage containers are secured within the BCIC by inserting each beverage neck, with or without a cap, into one of a plurality of container orifices on the container member. After the BCIC is used to package, transport and/or store beverage containers, the container member can be unfolded and the empty beverage containers removed and inserted into and maintained within the orifices prior to recycling. A grasping member allows a folded or unfolded container member to be carried by hand. Or, at least one strap that secures side edges of the BCIC together can be used as a grasping member. Indicia is placed on the container member and is visible on a folded or unfolded BCIC.
CARTON AND CARTON BLANK
A carton (90) for packaging one or more articles. The carton comprises a plurality of wall forming a tubular structure. The plurality of walls include a top wall (12), first side wall (14) hinged to the top wall by a first hinged connection (13) and a second side wall (18) hinged to the top wall by a second hinged connection. The carton comprises a handle structure comprising a handle aperture (A2) struck at least in part from the top wall and defining in part a handle strap (40a). The handle aperture comprises a first edge (E1) defining in part a grip portion of the handle strap and providing a load-bearing edge; and a second edge (E2) opposing the first edge, the second edge being a non-load-bearing edge. A reinforcing member (S) reinforces the load-bearing edge of the handle aperture.
Carton and carton blank
A carton includes a top wall (12a/12b), first side wall (14), second side wall (18), first end wall, a second end wall and a bottom wall (16). The carton has a handle structure (H) defined at least in part in an outer panel (12b) and at least in part in an inner panel (12a). The outer panel is disposed in overlapping relationship with the inner panel to form the top wall. The outer panel includes an outer handle strap (30) while the inner panel includes an inner handle strap (32). The outer handle strap is continuously formed with the outer panel at its first end and severably attached to the outer panel at its second end by a frangible connection (46). The inner handle strap includes a first end disposed in the inner panel and continuously formed with the inner panel.
CARTON AND BLANK THEREFOR
Aspects of the disclosure relate to a package, a carton, and a blank for forming the carton. An aspect of the invention provides a package comprising a carton or article carrier loaded with one or more articles. The package comprises a group of generally cylindrical articles each having an end and a cylindrical side. The carton is disposed at least partially around the group of articles B. The carton comprises a plurality of panels including: a bottom wall, a top wall, first and second opposed side walls and first and second opposed end walls. The group of articles are arranged in a plurality of rows of articles comprising a first row and a second row.
CARTON AND BLANK THEREFOR
Aspects of the disclosure relate to a carton for packaging one or more articles, a blank for forming the carton and a method of packaging articles. The carton comprises a plurality of primary panels including a pair of bottom lap panels (12, 20) secured together to allow the primary panels to form walls of a tubular structure. An upper end closure structure partially closes an end of the tubular structure. The upper end closure structure comprises a lower edge that defines at least in part a window for exposing to view contents (B) of the carton. The upper end closure structure comprises a top end closure flap (30a, 30b, 30c, 30d) having a handle opening defined therein and a pair of side end closure flaps (26a, 26b, 34a, 34b). The side end closure flaps comprise an outer surface and an inner surface opposing the outer surface. The outer surface of each of the side end closure flaps comprises a glue area (G1, G2).
CARTON AND CARTON BLANK
Aspects of the disclosure relate to a carton (90) for packaging one or more articles(IO) and to a blank (10) for forming the carton. The carton comprises a plurality of panels (12,14,16,18,20,22) for forming walls of the carton including: a top wall, a bottom wall, a pair of side walls and a pair of end walls. The top wall (14,22) comprises a handle structure (H). The handle structure comprises at least one hand aperture (A1,A2) defined in the top wall. At least one primary fold line (39a,39b,49a,49b) is formed in the top wall and extends from a region of the at least one hand aperture towards at least one of the corners of the top wall. A diagonal severance line (47a, 47b, 57a, 57b) is formed in the top wall inwardly of and spaced from the at least one corner for separating the at least one primary fold line from the at least one corner.
Right-Angle Turning and Connecting Device for Thick-Board Cartons
The utility model discloses a right-angle turning and connecting device for thick-board cartons, comprising a corner inside face and a corner outside face, wherein the corner inside face comprises a first inside face and a second inside face; the first inside face and the second inside face are in an L-shaped right-angle connection; the joint between the first inside face and the second inside face is a corner axis; the corner inside face and the corner outside face are axially symmetric to each other along the corner axis; the corner inside face and the corner outside face are connected along the corner axis; the corner outside face comprises a first outside face, a second outside face, a third outside face and a fourth outside face; the first outside face and the second outside face, the second outside face and the third outside face, the third outside face and the fourth outside face are respectively in a right-angle connection two-by-two; the first outside face, the second outside face, the third outside face and the fourth outside face are connected in turn and are arranged in an M shape. The right-angle turning and connecting device for thick-board cartons solves the problem that thick paper boards cannot be turned and folded, and saves space.
