FILM TYPE WET TISSUE TUBE
A film type wet tissue tube, comprising a wet tissue cover and a wet tissue bag. The wet tissue bag is made of plastic film and hermetically connected below the wet tissue cover in a replaceable manner. By replacing existing injection molding tubes with the wet tissue bag made of plastic film, wet tissue bags of different types can be connected and replaced with the same wet tissue cover as a bag mouth of the wet tissue bag can be adjusted at the time of connection according to the size of the wet tissue cover. This meets the needs of users to change wet tissue bags at any time. This is both environmentally friendly and economical. The plastic film has low cost and thus lowers costs of raw materials and costs in the wet tissue manufacturing process, making the product more competitive in the market.
Manually openable sealed overwrap and tray
The present invention relates to improved manually openable packages which include a rigid or semi-rigid tray having a single thermoplastic overwrap comprising a polymeric laminate surrounding the tray and having a front panel and an opposing back panel. The inventive packages also include a continuous seal circumscribing a recessed cavity of the tray which comprises a heat seal formed by heat sealing a portion of the front panel to the peripheral flange of the tray.
Membrane lid with integrated two-stage tab system
The present invention relates to a resealable membrane lid for a container comprising a peelable portion and a removable portion. When the resealable peelable portion is peeled back, the seal onto the container is not disturbed. When the removable portion is removed from the container, the container contents may be accessed. The peelable portion may be resealed onto the container at any point in the process.
Push-And-Pull Sealing Disc For Packaging Container
The present disclosure relates to a paperboard sealing disc for use in a packaging container, comprising a peripheral edge portion surrounding a tear-open part having a push-tab and a pull-away part. The tear-open part is delimited from the peripheral edge portion by a first cutting line in the first side and by a second cutting line in the second side. Said first cutting line being provided at a distance d1 from said sealing disc outer edge, and said second cutting line being provided at a distance d2 from said sealing disc outer edge. The push-tab at least partly delimited from the pull-away part by a folding line. At the push-tab d1>d2 and at the pull-away part d2>d1. Furthermore, d1 at said push-tab is substantially the same as d2 at said pull-away part and d2 at said push-tab is substantially the same as d1 at said pull-away part.
RESEALABLE LIDDING WITH PATTERNED ADHESIVE
A package is defined by a rigid base member and a peripheral flange surface. A flexible lidding member is heat sealed to the flange. The lidding member includes a first layer having a perimeter portion fixed to the flange and a second layer adhered to the first layer. An adhesive layer includes a permanent adhesive central portion and a perimeter pressure sensitive adhesive portion overlapping with the flange. A central score line is provided within the first layer, surrounding the central adhesive portion. A tab portion is formed as part of the perimeter portion of the lidding member and includes an edge score line formed in the first layer directly adjacent the fixed perimeter portion of the first layer.
PORTION CONTROL CUPS, LIDDING MATERIAL FOR SAID CUP, METHOD OF MAKING SAID CUPS AND LIDS AND DEVICE FOR FORMING A REMOVAL LINE IN SAID CUPS AND LIDS
A container can include a body having a volume defined therein for retaining a product. The body can include a top surface adapted to be sealed by a lid. The container further includes a channel defined in a portion of the body such that the channel is in fluid communication with the internal volume at a first end and sealed by a portion of the body at an oppositely disposed second end. The container further includes a top flange surrounding the top surface of the body and includes a portion that borders the channel, with removal line disposed in the container to define a removable portion. The removal line extends from a first edge to a second edge and through the channel such that the removable portion can be removed from the body along the removal line to expose the channel.
Meal tray
A meal tray comprising a plurality of divided compartments each having a substantially planar bottom portion and an encompassing wall extending upwardly therefrom to form an open upper end of the divided compartment, each divided compartment dimensioned to receive a different portion of a meal; an encompassing tray rim defining an open upper end of the meal tray; and a first tear portion comprising a first tear line defining a boundary of a divided compartment from at least one other divided compartment, the first tear portion configured to facilitate a separation of the defined divided compartment from at least one other divided compartments along the first tear line.
Funnel component and manufacturing method for manufacturing packaging container using funnel component
A funnel component is manufactured by the following processes: forming a first intermediate product that is tapered, by rolling the blank material; forming a second intermediate product by folding back and welding a narrow opening side portion of the first intermediate product; forming a third intermediate product having the side wall portion by folding the wide opening side portion of the second intermediate product back outward; forming a cylindrical discharge portion forming the narrow opening side portion, a first tapered portion that connects to the discharge portion and has a tapered shape, and a second tapered portion that has a tapered shape having a taper angle less than the first tapered portion, by performing a drawing process on the third intermediate product.
CONTAINER STRUCTURE WITH A BUILT-IN OPENING AND RECLOSING FEATURE
Containers are described that allow a consumer to see inside the container and to more easily access the products. One form of the container includes a base member with a lid defining a window. A flexible laminate with a peelable flap portion is attached to the lid to provide access to the products inside. The flexible laminate includes a first film layer laminated to a second film layer. The first film layer includes a first cut line defining a peelable flap portion and the second film layer includes a second cut line offset from the first cut line that defines an opening into the container. First and second reclose surfaces defined between the cut lines on the corresponding film layers include pressure-sensitive adhesive to allow the container to be re-sealed via movement of the peelable flap portion back into engagement with the flexible laminate remaining with the container.
Package Integrity Indicating Closure
A resealable closure for a container in which package integrity is indicated by a structure which connects the closure to a remaining portion of the container which must be broken in order to gain access to the contents of the container for a first time. The package integrity feature, in one form, includes a structure associated with the closure, wherein upon opening the closure for a first time, the structure stretches, increasing a length of the structure until the structure eventually breaks, leaving one or both residual ends of the broken structure rippled or curved upward from the remainder of the container. In one alternative form, the structure is associated with a pull tab of the sealing panel, which comprises the closure, whereby either the structure must be broken first, prior to pulling back the sealing panel, or while pulling back the sealing panel for a first time, the structure breaks, prior to gaining access to the contents therein. Advantageously, the package integrity feature is integrally formed with the closure and a remaining portion of the container. Integrity of the package is indicated by visually observing an intact breakable structure.
