Equipment cases and methods of use. An equipment case has a lid and a base that are connectable to define an interior volume and a foam stack disposed within the interior volume. The foam stack includes a first layer of foam coupled with the base and that defines a first opening sized to receive a first computing device. The foam stack also includes a tray that is removably disposed above the first layer. A bottom wall of the tray defines a second opening sized to receive a second computing device. The tray includes a plurality of side walls that, together with the bottom wall, define a third opening sized to receive a third computing device. The foam stack also includes a third layer of foam coupled with an interior surface of the lid and including a removable portion sized to fit within the plurality of side walls in the tray.

CUSHIONING DEVICES HAVING UNITARY BODIES IN LOOPED CONFIGURATIONS

A cushioning device (100) has a unitary body formed from a resilient material. The unitary body has a length, a width, and a thickness; first and second ends (104, 106) located opposite each other in a direction of the length of the unitary body; first and second coupling mechanisms (108, 110) located on the first and second ends of the unitary body; and a slot (116) through the thickness of the unitary body. The length of the unitary body is greater than the width of the unitary body. When the unitary body is in a looped configuration, the first and second coupling mechanisms are couplable to each other to hold the unitary body in the looped configuration. When the unitary body is in the looped configuration, the slot is capable of having a side or a corner of an object slid therethrough so that the unitary body in the looped configuration provides cushioning for the object.

An article for packaging a casing of a system unit of a desktop computer and one or more components to be installed in the system unit is provided. The article comprises a package box, an external cushion insert and an internal cushion insert. The internal cushion insert includes a second packing cushion and one or more recess compartments formed on the second packing cushion. The second packing cushion has a contour of an external surface following at least a partial contour of an internal structure of the casing of the system unit and a contour of an internal surface formed over a recess compartment following at least a partial contour of an external structure of the component.

Packaging materials having segments and connectors for releasably detaching portions of neighboring connectors

Packaging materials having segments and connectors for releasably detaching portions of neighboring connectors are disclosed. According to an aspect, packaging material includes segments positioned end-to-end with respect to each other. The packaging material also includes connectors that each include a first portion and a second portion for attaching respective neighboring segments together. Each first portion can pivotally connect its respective neighboring segments together. Each second portion is configured to separate for releasing its attachment of the neighboring segments. Further, the packaging material includes protrusions that are each attached to a respective segment. The protrusions are configured to at least partially abut each other when neighboring segments are pivoted with respect to each other to a corner packaging position.

Light board and whole structure, and placing method of light board package

A light board and a carrying device thereof are provided. The light board includes a substrate and at least one support pin. The carrying device includes a plurality of carrying plates, and each carrying plate is used for carrying a light board. Every adjacent carrying plate and light board serve as a group of packaging structure. Each carrying plate is provided with a plurality of plate avoidance holes therein, and each substrate is provided with a plurality of substrate avoidance holes therein. In the group of packaging structure, at least one plate avoidance hole and at least one substrate avoidance hole are corresponding and serve as a avoidance hole group, and a support pin of a light board in a group of packaging structure located below passes through an avoidance hole group in at least one group of packaging structure located above.
