TWO-LEVEL PALLET FOR STACKABLE LOADING
The two stackable loading level pallet makes it possible to transport one or two stacked cars in a container or airplane pallet. Said pallet is non-motorized, capable of being folded flat, stackable, and capable of being opened out by a forklift truck. In a lower position, the top support structure of said pallet, which is framed and has a completely free central space, fits into the bottom support structure of said pallet, and the top and rear front wheel support devices of the top support structure are inserted onto or in alignment with the bottom wheel support assembly of the bottom support structure and thus form all or part of a lower rolling path that makes it possible to load a motor vehicle onto the top support structure of said pallet via the own movement thereof and without an access ramp.
REMOVABLE CONTAINER SHIPPING FRAME FOR VEHICLE
The present invention provides a removable frame system for transporting vehicles in a container. The frame system is be assembled in the container, the vehicles are loaded on the frame system, the container is shipped to the location, the vehicles are unloaded from the frame system, and the frame system is disassembled and returned to the manufacture or stored for later use.
Freight rack
[Problem] Provided is a freight rack that improves rigidity for supporting freight and also allows pillars and a freight mounting frame to be folded or erected on a base member without use of a machine such as a forklift. [Solution] On a base member (10), two sets of portal supports (30), (40), in which right and left pillars (31), (41) and a horizontal member (32), (42) are coupled to each other, stand with an interval in a front and rear direction, where the horizontal member is vertically shiftable along the pillars and fixed to the pillars at a selected height. A freight mounting frame (20) is supported by the horizontal member (42) of one portal support (40) so as to be rotatable in a vertical plane, and is also placed on the horizontal member (32) of the other portal support (30) so as to be movable in the front and rear direction.
RESIN SIDE COVER FOR TRANSMISSION CASE
In a transmission case mounted on a FF type vehicle, the transmission case includes a resin side cover formed at a front side of the vehicle. The resin side cover constitutes a vehicle front side surface section of an oil storage section configured to store oil in the transmission case, and includes a protrusion disposed above an oil surface of the oil stored in the oil storage section and protruding toward the front side of the vehicle to constitute the foremost section of the transmission case and a fragile section disposed between the protrusion and the oil surface of the oil and extending transversely in a lateral direction.
FOLDABLE DOUBLE-DECK FRAME CONTAINER
The present invention discloses a foldable double-deck frame container, which comprises a first and second end rails parallel with each other and a first corner post, the first corner post is located at an end of the frame container, the first and second end rails are located between two of the first corner posts, and the second end rail is located above the first end rail, the frame container further comprises a second corner post rotatablely connected with the top end of the first corner post so that the second corner post is movable between an vertical position and a folded position. The foldable double-deck frame container according to the present invention has a first corner post and a second corner post, and the second corner post is foldable so as to be folded during the backhaul process from being damaged. Such a frame container has a simpler configuration, lower cost of manufacture, convenience of recovery and a broad range of application.
Kit for building a vehicle
A kit for constructing a commercial vehicle supplied ex-works as a flat-pack package using the vehicle chassis as a pallet. The kit includes components comprising: a chassis, an engine attachable to the chassis, located within and supported by the chassis, and a plurality of upright chassis members attachable to the chassis thereby to define at least a cabin, placed flat over the chassis. The component making up the kit can be restrained in place, such as by wrapping or tying with suitable film, bands or cords. Body panels attachable to the chassis uprights can be supplied, placed flat over the chassis. Brake line, a wiring loom and major drivetrain items such as the engine, differential and propshaft may be pre-attached to the chassis in their final locations before shipping the kit. With suitable spacers, several such kits could be packed for transport in a single vehicle or container.
TARGETED PROTECTION ASSEMBLY
A targeted protection assembly operable to protectively cover an item that is to be transported or stored. The targeted protection assembly includes a base and a cover delimiting an interior volume in which an item to be transported or stored can be disposed. The cover is at least partially configured with an inflatable portion in which an inflating medium can be disposed to expand the inflatable portion to, or maintain the inflatable portion at, an inflated disposition.
SHIPPING COVER ASSEMBLY FOR A TRANSMISSION HOUSING
The present disclosure relates to a shipping assembly comprising a transmission housing forming an open cavity, a shipping cover assembly, and a gear. The shipping cover assembly comprises a cover portion connected to the transmission housing and closing the open cavity of the transmission housing, an inner side of the cover portion facing the transmission housing, and a stub shaft portion protruding from the inner side of the cover portion and into the open cavity of the transmission housing. The gear is received on the stub shaft portion of the shipping cover assembly.
A RACKING SYSTEM FOR CARS IN A CONTAINER
A racking system for loading vehicles outside the container onto a base, the base having rollers to roll it into the container. In the container are four posts removably fixed to the side walls of the container. The bases are telescopic to any length to suit different vehicle wheelbases. The stack height and weight of the bases complete with posts and lashings is low for compact stacking and empty returns. The system allows that bases set to different vehicle lengths can be stacked one upon another and shipped. The bases and posts can be stacked outside of the container into columns of bases and rolled into the container as one unit for empty return shipping.
