The box has a rectangular shape and an upper opening portion and configured to cover a top face and side faces of the packaging target. The first flaps are disposed in pairs opposing to each other extending from opposite scorelines of the upper opening portion and including an opening through which an included object is inserted. The second flaps are disposed in pairs opposing to each other extending from different opposite scorelines of the upper opening portion and configured to be folded over the first flaps when the first flaps are folded. The first flaps further include partial flap portions.
Package body for image forming apparatus
A package body for packing a main body of an image forming apparatus is configured to be conveyed when the image forming apparatus is packed therein. The package body includes a packing box which covers the main body of the image forming apparatus, and a heat insulating portion, disposed between the packing box and a part of a plurality of exterior surfaces of the image forming apparatus, for insulating a toner bottle installed in the image forming apparatus. The heat insulating portion includes a first heat insulating portion, covering the toner bottle on a front side surface of the main body, a second heat insulating portion, covering the toner bottle on a second side surface of the main body included in the plurality of exterior surfaces, and meeting the first side surface, and a third heat insulating portion, covering a discharge tray portion of the image forming apparatus.
CLEANING BLADE PACKAGING MATERIAL
Provided is a packaging material for cleaning blades including: a set of support part main bodies each supporting both end parts of holder parts; a connecting part for connecting the set of support part main bodies; and a storage part that is a space between the set of support part main bodies and that stores a plurality of the cleaning blades which are supported by the set of support part main bodies and are stacked in a vertical direction, wherein a first support part main body and a second support part main body in the set of support part main bodies support either of the end parts of the holder parts of the stacked plurality of cleaning blades, and are provided with a first supporting part or a second supporting part including a groove that extends in a vertical direction and is open at the upper side thereof.
Packaging member
A packaging member includes a packaging box and an intermediate buffering member. The intermediate buffering member is provided in a space formed between a bottom plate and a side plate of the packaging box and a main body part of the article. The intermediate buffering member has a vertical direction supporting part and a positioning part. The vertical direction supporting part abuts against a lower face of the main body part and the bottom plate. The positioning part is coupled with the vertical direction supporting part. The positioning part prevents the vertical direction supporting part from being moved toward the side plate. The vertical direction supporting part has an inclined part extending from the lower face of the main body part in an oblique lower direction toward near a lower corner between the bottom plate and the side plate and abutting against the bottom plate.
BUFFERING MEMBER
A buffering member (1) is interposed between a packaging box (4) having a bottom plate (41) and side plates (42a), (42b) stood along peripheral edges of the bottom plate (41) and a first packed article (5). The buffering member (1) includes a placement section (10) on which the first packed article (5) is to be placed and a pair of leg pieces (31), (35) to be connected to a pair of opposing edges of the placement section (10) via folding lines (32), (36). The pair of leg pieces (31), (32) are folded downward along the folding line (32), (36) with an obtuse angle with respect to the placement section (10) and then lower edges (31b), (35b) of the pair of leg pieces (31), (35) are engaged with boundaries between the bottom plate (41) and the side plates (42a) of the packaging box (4).
Packaging box including a buffering member disposed around a packaged article
A packaging box includes a bottom case, a covering case and a buffering member. The buffering member is formed with a protruding piece protruded on the bottom plate in a direction of the side plate of the bottom case. By causing the protruding piece to abut against the side plate of the bottom case, a gap into which the side plate of the covering case can be inserted is formed with respect to the side plate of the bottom case. The bottom plate is formed with a space in which the protruding piece can be housed, at a position corresponding to the protruding piece. When the side plate of the covering case is inserted inside the side plate of the bottom case, the protruding piece of the buffering member is pressed by the side plate of the covering case and then folded to be housed in the space.
LARGE FORMAT RETICLE CONTAINER
