CONTAINER APPARATUS AND A CONTAINER MOUNTING COLLAR

A collar for mounting a container between laterally spaced runners of a retractable container apparatus. The collar includes a body portion and two wing portions. The wing portions are provided to opposing lateral sides of the body. Each wing portion includes a snap fit connector configured to connect directly or indirectly to a respective runner in a snap fit connection. The body portion at least partly defines an opening configured, in use, to receive the container so that the container is supported between the runners.

In certain embodiments, the trash can assembly includes a clutch mechanism to facilitate manual operation of the lid while inhibiting or preventing damage to the motor and/or other drivetrain components.

The ultrasonic deodorizing device includes a deodorizing carrier supported above the top opening of the container body for containing deodorant in liquid form, an ultrasonic nozzle operatively coupled at the deodorizing carrier for downwardly injecting the deodorant in an atomization manner below the top opening of the container body, and a nozzle controller configured to control and activate the ultrasonic nozzle.

The power-saving control device has greatly reduced power consumption during operation of an electronic garbage can and a prolonged service life of its battery.
