HANDLING ROBOT
A method for retrieving an inventory item based on a handling robot, where the handling robot includes: a storage frame; and a material handling device installed on the storage frame, and including a telescopic arm and a manipulator installed to the telescopic arm; and the method for retrieving an inventory item includes: driving, by the telescopic arm, the manipulator to extend to a preset position of warehouse shelf along a preset horizontal reference line; loading, by the manipulator that is remained on the reference line, the inventory item located in the preset position; driving, by the telescopic arm, the manipulator loaded with the inventory item to move to the storage frame along the reference line; and unloading, by the manipulator that is remained on the reference line, the inventory item to the storage frame.
A LIFT FOR AUTOMATIC STORAGE SYSTEMS
A lift for automatic storage systems, comprising: a platform (2), predisposed to support one or more objects on a substantially horizontal rest plane (A); a guide structure (3), predisposed to guide the platform (2) in displacement along a vertical direction; a motor means, predisposed to activate the platform (2) in motion along the guide structure (3). The lift comprises a manipulator (4) associated with the platform (2) and configured to translate an object to be loaded/unloaded from the platform (2), along a horizontal exchange direction (X) in opposed directions.
Transport Vehicle
A travel body includes a wheel drive source for driving a drive wheel, a support arm swingable relative to a travel body section and supporting the drive wheel and the wheel drive source, a swing support attached to the travel body section and supporting the swing fulcrum of the support arm, and an elastic unit. The swing support is detachably attached to the travel body section. The elastic unit includes an abutting section that abuts, from a second side in the swing direction, a target spot located away from the swing fulcrum of the support arm, and an elastic section that biases the abutting section abutting the support arm toward a first side in the swing direction.
Article Storage Facility
A control unit causes a transfer machine to execute a first article take-out operation by moving a locking part to a depth-direction near side with the locking part locked to a rear surface portion of a first article; and a second article position adjustment operation of moving the locking part disposed between the first article and a second article in the depth direction toward a far side to a position corresponding to a front surface portion of the second article located at a second article proper position, and the control unit is configured to, after the locking part has been disposed between the first article and the second article during execution of the first article take-out operation using the transfer machine, cause the transfer machine to execute the second article position adjustment operation, and to complete the first article take-out operation upon completion of the second article position adjustment operation.
CONTROLLER FOR A COMMISSIONING DEVICE
Methods of assembling a controller for a commissioning device are provided. A method includes extending a delivery table in a first horizontal direction, the delivery table having a storage end and a retrieval end, disposing two elongated clamping jaws above the delivery table, extending, in a second horizontal direction perpendicular to the first horizontal direction, a first guide and a second guide that are parallel and spaced from one another in the first horizontal direction, coupling at least four clamping jaw carriages to the first and second guides, wherein at least two clamping jaw carriages separated from one another in the first horizontal direction are coupled to a single clamping jaw, respectively, and coupling at least four drive elements to a clamping jaw drive unit.
Parcel distributor, especially for stores
The parcel distributor is a modular set with additional storage module in the form of a ceiling box set on a corner box to which it is rigidly connected and coupled by a cantilever lift mounted in a vertical shaft formed in the support rack frames in both boxes. In each module, between their cantilever racks, there is an electrically driven Cartesian manipulator. On the Cartesian manipulator trolley, there is a grabbing mechanism for taking trays from the front or rear cantilever rack. The window for sending and collecting parcels in the distributor is a locker, preferably in the operating panel, which has an electrically lifted lock cooperating with a ratchet lock and limit switches blocking its lower position when the locker door is open.
Transport Vehicle and Transport Facility
A transport vehicle (2) that travels along a container shelf (1) provided with a plurality of levels of shelf portions (11) arranged in a vertical direction (Z) and configured to support containers (W), thereby transporting the containers (W). The transport vehicle (2) is provided with a support region where a container (W) is supported, a first transfer apparatus (23) that inserts/takes the container (W) into/out of the container shelf (1), and a second transfer apparatus (24) that loads/unloads the container (W) on/from the support region. The second transfer apparatus (24) is configured such that a container (W) can be moved to the support region so as to allow a plurality of the containers (W) to be supported in a stacked state in the support region.
HANDLING ROBOT
A handling robot used in a field of warehouse logistics comprises a mobile chassis, and a storage shelf. The storage shelf is mounted to the mobile chassis and comprises a plurality of layered plate components distributed at different heights. The handling robot further comprises a handling device configured to transport a material to a layered plate of the plurality of layered plate components, and a lift component configured to drive the handling device to lift relative to the storage shelf.
