COMPACT ORIENTING AND TRANSFERRING DEVICE FOR UNITARY ELONGATED FOOD PRODUCTS AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF
Compact orienting and transferring device for unitary elongated food products (1) comprising a circular conveyor (10) surrounded by a limitative wall (11) with an extraction opening (12); an extractor device including an extraction path (31, 32, 33) defined on a first conveyor (21) and with an intake end connected to the extraction opening (12), and a circular wheel (40) including a circular groove (50) on the wheel periphery, the first conveyor (21) being a conveyor belt wider than the circular groove entrance (53), a circular portion of the first conveyor (21) being directly supported on the wheel periphery covering the circular groove entrance (53) on a portion of that wheel periphery, defining a circular portion (32) of the extraction path (31, 32, 33) within the circular groove (50).
Deflector for high angle conveyor pressing assembly
A pressing assembly for a conveyor having a first conveyor belt and a second conveyor belt includes a roller support, a linkage coupled to the roller support, a roller rotatably coupled to the linkage, the roller configured to engage the first conveyor belt to press the first conveyor belt toward the second conveyor belt, and a deflector engageable with the first conveyor belt to inhibit contact between the first conveyor belt and the linkage.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ORIENTING WOUND DOUGH PRODUCTS IN A DEFINED END POSITION
A device for orienting wound dough products includes a first conveyor belt circulating with a first conveying speed and transporting a wound dough product having an end protruding from a circumference of the dough product. A second conveyor belt receives the wound dough product from the first conveyor belt and circulates with a second conveying speed which is different from the first conveying speed. The difference between the first conveying speed and the second conveying speed sets the wound dough product received from the first conveyor belt in a desired rolling motion on the second conveyor belt, wherein after the wound dough product has reached a defined end position in which the end of the wound dough product abuts on the second conveyor belt, the rolling motion of the wound dough product stops.

Vertical dough conveyor
A vertical dough conveyor includes a base frame, and a vertical conveyor assembly pivotably connected to the base frame for pivoting movement between a use position and an access position. The vertical conveyor assembly includes a first conveyor belt unit and a second conveyor belt unit, wherein the second conveyor belt unit is pivotably connected to the first conveyor unit such that, when the vertical conveyor assembly is in the access position, the first conveyor belt unit is pivotably movable between a first position and a second position. In the first position, a belt of the second conveyor belt unit is positioned in opposed relation to a belt of the first conveyor belt unit to define a dough feed gap therebetween. In the second position, the belt of second conveyor belt unit is pivoted away from the belt of the first conveyor belt unit.
BELT PACKAGE CONDITIONER
Various example embodiments described herein relate to an item conditioning assembly, which includes a support frame and a conditioning belt supported by the support frame so that a first portion of the conditioning belt is supported by the support frame at a first tension and a second portion of the conditioning belt is supported by the support frame at a second tension relatively lower than the first tension. The second portion of the conditioning belt can be suspended over a conveyor such that an item received between the conditioning belt and the conveyor, enters in an unconditioned state and is released in a conditioned state.
Reduced noise toothed belt drive
A toothed belt drive for transport in a production process and/or a packaging process. The toothed belt drive includes a drive roller having a toothing system which runs along an outer circumference, a conveyor belt which is driven by the drive roller in a circulating direction, and a support roller. The conveyor belt includes a toothing system along an inner side and a continuous groove in the toothing system parallel to the circulating direction. The support roller includes a support disk which projects radially as an elevation so as to bear in a force-loading manner against the inner side of the conveyor belt. The elevation is a counterpart to the continuous groove of the conveyor belt. The support disk is arranged so that the elevation lies on a bottom of the continuous groove.
