LINEAR MODULE
20190185270 · 2019-06-20 · ·

A linear module includes: a base, a slide stage, two support frames, two retaining units and a steel belt. With the pivoting freedom given by the guide portions of the retaining units, when the slide stage moves, the rolling elements can be abutted more closely against the contact surface of the steel belt via the pivoting of the guide portions, so as to reduce the occurrence of deformation and clearance produced by the steel belt, which not only improves the sealing performance of the steel belt and operation smoothness of the linear module, but also produces a dust proof effect, thus achieving the purposes of automatically adjusting contact angle, preventing deformation while extending the life of the steel belt.

Thermosetting Polyurethane Composition and Use Thereof

A thermosetting polyurethane composition is provided for forming a belt to be used in an environment where the belt comes into contact with an oil including an unsaturated fatty acid and with a metal. The thermosetting polyurethane composition includes an isocyanate-group-terminated urethane prepolymer (A) having a polyester unit and/or a polycarbonate unit, a hydrolysis inhibitor (B), and a hardener (C).

A conveying appliance with a conveying member that is movable along a conveying stretch and forms a conveying surface for an item that is to be conveyed, wherein the conveying surface of the conveying member includes openings. An active device has at least one active element that is movable along a closed circulating path, wherein in an active section of the conveying stretch, the circulating path forms an actively effective path section that runs parallel to the conveying member. The active device interacts with the conveying member in the active section in a manner such that the at least one active element along the actively effective path section projects through an opening through the conveying member and projects beyond the conveying surface, in a manner such that the at least one active element is capable of mechanically acting upon a conveyed item which lies on the conveying surface.

Conveyor belt and agricultural harvester with a conveyor belt

A conveyor belt has one or more conveyor belt segments made of an elastomeric material layer and a reinforcement layer of steel ropes disposed in the elastomeric material layer and oriented in a longitudinal direction of the conveyor belt segment. The conveyor belt segments each have a first segment end provided with a first transverse lock bar and a second segment end provided with a second transverse lock bar, wherein ends of the steel ropes are locked frictionally or with form fit in the first and second transverse lock bars, respectively. One or more detachable closure members couple the first and second transverse lock bars of a single one or of adjacently positioned ones of the conveyor belt segments to each other in a rigid correlation relative to each other.

An embedded body including, at one end portion of a coaxial cable, one side antenna unit and an IC tag that is passive and connected to the one side antenna unit, and another side antenna unit at the other end portion of the coaxial cable is embedded in a conveyor belt. The one side antenna unit and the IC tag, and the other side antenna unit disposed with an interval in a width direction and the coaxial cable is embedded extending in the width direction. A calculation unit determines whether a detector has received a radio wave emitted from the IC tag through the coaxial cable and the other side antenna unit in response to a radio wave emitted from the detector, and then whether a vertical tear has been generated in the conveyor belt based on the determination result.

High temperature resistant conveyor belt
12030724 · 2024-07-09 · ·

Heavy duty conveyor belts having excellent resistance to high temperatures. These conveyor belts can be repeatedly exposed to temperatures of greater than 150? C. or even greater than 200? C. without compromising the strength or reliability of the belt while providing a greatly extended service life. The conveyor belts generally include a reinforcement layer, a carry cover layer disposed above the reinforcement layer, a pulley cover layer disposed beneath the reinforcement layer. The carry cover layer contains a high temperature resistant compound based upon a peroxide curable rubber mixture of ethylene propylene copolymer with ethylene based polyolefin elastomer, and in some aspects, further includes a combination of diphenylamine (DPA), zinc 2-mercaptomethyl benzimidazole (ZMTI), and 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline (TMQ), and additionally, any other suitable additives.
