Vibratory apparatus
A vibratory apparatus includes a trough assembly, an exciter assembly and first and second toroidal members. The trough assembly includes a trough and first and second walls attached to the trough with a space disposed therebetween. The exciter assembly includes a central mount with first and second opposite sides and first and second opposite ends, and first and second eccentric assemblies each including at least one motor having a shaft with a shaft axis and at least one eccentric attached to the shaft for rotation about the shaft axis, the first eccentric assembly attached to the first end and the second eccentric assembly attached to the second end. The first toroidal resilient member is disposed between the first wall and the first side and the second toroidal resilient member is disposed between the second wall and the second side, with the exciter assembly disposed in the space.

The attachment site also includes a washer disposed on the first side and having a washer passage aligned with the casing passage, and a base disposed on the second side and having a base passage aligned with the casing passage.

VIBRATING SCREENING FEEDER AND METHOD OF USE
A vibrating screen feed conveying apparatus for conveying and separating sticky moisture laden bulk solids which are sticky and wet flowing onto a vibrating screening feeder and into a hopper. The apparatus includes a bed on which material is conveyed, a longitudinal counterbalance supported on a plurality of isolation springs, a plurality of inclined drive springs extending between the bed and the longitudinal counterbalance, and a plurality of stabilizers for controlling movement of the drive springs along their central axes. A plurality of vibratory motors, each having rotatable eccentric weights are attached to the rear end of the longitudinal counterbalance. The eccentric weights rotate in phase with one another to vibrate the bed at a vibration frequency.
VIBRATING SCREENING FEEDER AND METHOD OF USE
A vibrating screen feed conveying apparatus for conveying and separating sticky moisture laden bulk solids which are sticky and wet flowing onto a vibrating screening feeder and into a hopper. The apparatus includes a bed on which material is conveyed, a longitudinal counterbalance supported on a plurality of isolation springs, a plurality of inclined drive springs extending between the bed and the longitudinal counterbalance, and a plurality of stabilizers for controlling movement of the drive springs along their central axes. A plurality of vibratory motors, each having rotatable eccentric weights are attached to the rear end of the longitudinal counterbalance. The eccentric weights rotate in phase with one another to vibrate the bed at a vibration frequency.

A storage and reclaim system for bulk material includes a bulk material holding space having a bottom portion provided with a discharge port. The bottom portion includes an inclined support plate for supporting the bulk material and for assisting gravity induced feeding of the bulk material towards the discharge port. The support plate is supported by a support structure in a free-floating manner. One or more vibrators are connected to the support plate and configured to transfer vibrational energy to the support plate to induce a vibrational movement of the support plate. The discharge port includes one or more inclined discharge port plates. One or more vibrators are connected to each discharge port plate.
