A processing system including a singulation system is disclosed. The singulation system includes a conveying system for moving objects to be processed from a source area along a first direction, a detection system for detecting objects at the conveying system, and for selecting certain selected objects for redistribution on the conveying system, and a movement redistribution system for redistributing the certain selected objects on the conveying system for providing a singulated stream of objects.
Device and Method for Preparing Ingredients for at Least One Dish
According to the invention, a method is provided for preparing, in particular for assembling and packaging, ingredients for at least one dish. This method comprises the following steps: a reading step in which a customer's order data are read, this order data comprising at least recipe data for the ingredients contained in the dish as well as customer data, an assigning step in which at least one ingredient container is assigned predefined customer data, a conveying step in which the ingredient container is conveyed to a transport device of a packaging line, a positioning step in which at least one ingredient container is positioned in the region of a loading station of the packaging line by means of the transport device, this loading station having at least two ingredients or three, four, or more ingredients kept on hand in corresponding ingredient compartments, an indicating step in which corresponding indicators of the ingredient container and ingredient compartments indicate whether they are included in the recipe data, a loading step in which, if the ingredients are included in the recipe data, the ingredient container is loaded with the corresponding ingredient or ingredients in the loading station, the repetition and execution of the positioning step, the indicating step, and the loading step until all of the ingredients included in the recipe data have been placed in the ingredient container.

Apparatuses for and methods of installing pre-molded seal caps
An apparatus for installing pre-molded seal caps onto fasteners that extend from a surface is disclosed. Apparatus comprises a plunger mechanism, configured to individually install the pre-molded seal caps onto selected ones of the fasteners. Apparatus also comprises a feed system, configured to sequentially deliver the pre-molded seal caps, arranged on a carrier strip, to the plunger mechanism. Apparatus additionally comprises a take-up mechanism, configured to collect the carrier strip as the pre-molded seal caps are sequentially removed from the carrier strip. The plunger mechanism is also configured to operate in concert with the feed system to sequentially remove the pre-molded seal caps from the carrier strip.
Apparatuses for and methods of installing pre-molded seal caps
An apparatus for installing pre-molded seal caps onto fasteners that extend from a surface is disclosed. Apparatus comprises a plunger mechanism, configured to individually install the pre-molded seal caps onto selected ones of the fasteners. Apparatus also comprises a feed system, configured to sequentially deliver the pre-molded seal caps, arranged on a carrier strip, to the plunger mechanism. Apparatus additionally comprises a take-up mechanism, configured to collect the carrier strip as the pre-molded seal caps are sequentially removed from the carrier strip. The plunger mechanism is also configured to operate in concert with the feed system to sequentially remove the pre-molded seal caps from the carrier strip.

Packaging apparatus of sachets comprising a primary packaging unit, a secondary packaging unit, and a transfer unit interposed between the primary and the secondary packaging units in order to transfer the sachets between the primary and secondary packaging units, wherein the transfer unit comprises at least three transfer drawers disposed one after the other, selectively movable independently along a closed-ring path between a reception station and a delivery station and vice versa, each of the transfer drawers being configured to contain a first number of sachets and the transfer unit comprising a removal member associated with the delivery station and configured to remove from one or more of the transfer drawers a second number of sachets and to supply them to the secondary packaging unit. Device and Method for Feeding a Container Group to a Clocked processing Machine
An apparatus includes a linear feeding-unit having a first linear section and a transfer device that transfers containers, as a group, from the linear feeding-unit to a clocked processing-machine and an entry device having a main feeding-unit distribution-stars. The first distribution-star receives containers from the main feeding-unit at a first transfer-region and transfers and the second distribution-star receives containers from the main feeding-unit at a second transfer-region. A periphery of the first distribution-star comprises a receiving section that receives containers from the main feeding-unit and an empty section interrupts receiving of the containers. The empty section is devoid of supporting-and-retaining elements. However, the receiving section comprises as many supporting-and-retaining elements as there are containers in the container group.
