Apparatus for Orienting or Rotating Objects
Method for aligning piece goods (2), wherein a piece goods (2) are placed on two conveyor devices (4, 6; 16, 18) which are arranged parallel next to one another and carry the piece goods (2) together by switching on a temporary speed difference between the two conveyor devices (4, 6; 16, 18) is rotated by a preliminary rotation, after the preliminary rotation an alignment of the piece goods (2) is measured without a rotation of the piece goods (2) and the alignment is based on the measurement data and by switching on again a temporary speed difference between two parallel and arranged next to one another The conveying devices (4, 6; 24, 26) that carry the piece goods together are finely adjusted, in order to achieve the most precise possible rotation of piece goods at a high conveying capacity, the fine adjustment is carried out in a zone (Z3), which is arranged behind a zone (Z2) in the conveying direction is in which the measurement of the orientation of the piece goods (2) takes place
Apparatus for Orienting or Rotating Objects
Apparatus for orienting objects, including a conveying apparatus, wherein the conveying apparatus has an inlet for receiving the objects and an outlet and is configured to convey the objects in a conveying direction. In this case, the conveying apparatus has an orienting apparatus which at least partially extends along the conveying direction. The orienting apparatus has a first portion and a second portion, wherein the first portion and the second portion are arranged next to one another along the conveying direction. At least one of the first portion and the second portion is configured as a roller conveyor. The objects are subjected to a different acceleration/braking action by the first portion and the second portion for orientation purposes.
Conveying system with segments and method for transporting individual items
A conveying system transports items, such as postal items, along a main conveying direction. A conveying route includes segments that are arranged one behind the other along the main conveying direction. The segments have conveyors arranged parallel to one another and the segments are offset relative to one another in a transverse direction. The conveyors are driven and activated individually by a control unit. The items are conveyed along the main conveying direction by transferring an item from a preceding segment to a following segment that is offset relative to the preceding segment and then transporting the item on the following segment. Items with small dimensions, which rest on just one conveyor can also be manipulated during the transportation.
WORK REVERSING APPARATUS, PRESS TRANSPORTING LINE AND WORK REVERSING METHOD
A work reversing apparatus includes: a first conveyor that transports a work; a second conveyor that transports a work; and a rotary driving unit that integrally rotates the first conveyor and the second conveyor. The rotary driving unit rotates the first conveyor and the second conveyor around a rotation center axis that extends in a direction perpendicular to a transporting direction of a work on the first conveyor and the second conveyor. By driving the rotary driving unit, a work can be reversed around the rotation center axis that extends in a direction perpendicular to the transporting direction.
CONTINUOUS BLOW MOULDING MACHINE, PREFORMS, SYSTEM AND PROCESS
A continuously rotating, non-symmetric preform feed, stretch-blow-moulding machine dedicated to the stretch-blow-moulding of containers from non-symmetric injection moulded preforms; the non-symmetric preforms including an integral handle extending from a first junction point to a second junction point on a body of the preform; the body of the preform and the integral handle constituted from the same material.
CONVEYANCE SYSTEM WITH VARIABLE SPEED ROLLERS
Techniques regarding a conveyance system with variable speed rollers are provided. For example, one or more embodiments described herein can comprise an apparatus, which can comprise a roller attached to a support member that is operatively coupled to a first gear. The first gear can drive a conveyance of the support member and the roller in a first direction. The apparatus can also comprise a shaft that can operatively couple the roller to a second gear. The second gear can drive a rotation of the roller in an axial direction.

COMPONENT FOR FEEDING ROBOTS, AUTOMATION SYSTEMS AND THE LIKE
Described is a component (1) for powering robots, automation systems and the like which comprises, on a frame (2), a series of belts (3, 4) for conveying objects (9) designed to be gripped by a robot. The conveyor belts (3, 4) constitute a closed path and have a first belt (3) and at least a second belt (4) positioned in such a way that the objects (9) pass from the first belt (3) to the second belt (4) cyclically and continuously.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ALIGNING RECTANGULAR PACKAGING BOXES
A method for aligning rectangular packaging boxes comprises the steps of conveying packaging boxes along a transport path and of aligning each packaging box by means of at least one stop element. The step of aligning a packaging box comprises the steps of positioning the at least one stop element in a first position, in which it projects into the transport path; conveying the packaging box against the at least one stop element until each section of the packaging box facing the at least one stop element is resting against it; and moving the at least one stop element into a second position, in which it does not project into the transport path and thus releases the aligned packaging box for further transport.
Conveyance device, planar conveyance apparatus, and conveyance unit
A conveyance device capable of performing traveling operation and turning operation, a planar conveyance apparatus, and a conveyance unit. A conveyance device 1 has a travel part 5 having a belt 2 for allowing an article to be placed, and a turning table 6 that supports the travel part 5. The belt 2 is an endless member suspended between a pair of rollers 3. The belt 2 travels by being engaged with a driving body 4 to which power of a motor for traveling 9 is transmitted by a drive shaft 14. Power of a motor for turning 8 is transmitted to the turning table 6, so that the turning table 6 turns. That is, when the motor for turning 8 is driven, the travel part 5 turns along with the turning table 6.
