Automated storing and commissioning system for small-piece goods
An automated storing and picking system for packaged goods is provided. The system includes storage shelves with storage areas, at least one storage and retrieval apparatus, and at least one conveyor belt. At least one blocking device having a barrier is arranged downstream of a receiving section of the conveyor belt. A control device controls the storage and retrieval apparatus and the conveyor belt such that the packaged goods belonging to a first pack are transported to a first dispensing location and the packaged goods belonging to a subsequent pack are transported to a second dispensing location and/or are subsequently transported to the first dispensing location, such that the first pack lies downstream of the subsequent pack on the conveyor belt. The control device controls the blocking device to accumulate the first pack behind the barrier, release the first pack for transport, and to then accumulate the subsequent pack behind the barrier.
CONVEYING/LOADING APPARATUS AND LOADING METHOD THEREOF
A conveying/loading apparatus includes a first conveying apparatus having a first delivery part, with a blocking apparatus being disposed close to an output end of the first delivery part, and a second conveying apparatus having a second delivery part, with multiple supports being disposed at intervals on the second delivery part, and regions between the supports forming accommodating spaces for loading objects. An object is delivered to the output end of the first delivery part, and a first detection sensor detects a position of the object. A second detection sensor detects whether a support of the second delivery part has moved to a loading position, and whether the accommodating space between two adjacent supports is in an idle state. The first detection sensor causes the blocked object to pass, when the first detection sensor and the second detection sensor both have signals.
Device for controlling a flow of cardboard tubular cores
Device for controlling a flow of cardboard tubular cores (1) adapted to produce logs of paper material and intended to be stored in a collection point (2) placed downstream of the same device, including more conveyors (5; 7) each of which is adapted for carrying the said tubular cores (1) up to the entry point (6D) of a respective guide channel (6) having an entry point (6D) and an exit point (6F), interception devices (8) adapted for intercepting the tubular cores (1), the interception devices being arranged and acting on each of the channels (6) to adjust the flow of the tubular cores through the respective exit points (6F), and programmable device (UE) adapted for activating and deactivating the interception device (8). The interception devices (8) are adapted to selectively form two nips (N1, N2) inside the guide channel (6), the nips (N1, N2) being selectively formed at a predetermined distance from each other.
CONVEYOR SAFETY SHIELD FOR POINT-OF-SALE SYSTEM
A point-of-sale system is provided including a conveyor that moves an item downstream and/or upstream, a shelf positioned above the conveyor, a defined zone below the shelf and a shield positioned between the conveyor and the shelf. The shield deters the item from moving to the defined zone when the conveyor is moving the item upstream. A method of conveying an item and methods of retrofitting a point-of-sale system are also provided.

Conveyor for conveying a load, separator device and method of conveying a load
A conveyor (1) has rollers (12) for conveying a load (100) along a conveying direction (C). A stop (20) is configured to be arranged in a separating configuration, in which the load (100) is impeded from being conveyed along the conveying direction (C), and a conveying configuration, in which the load (100) can be conveyed along the conveying direction (C). A trigger (30) is configured to move between a triggered position and an idle position. The trigger (30) is configured so that the load (100) moving in the conveying direction (C) onto the trigger (30) moves the trigger (30) out of the idle position and into the triggered position, thereby arranging the stop (20) in the separating configuration. A counter element (50) is configured to move the trigger (30) out of the idle position when the load (100) is conveyed on the rollers (12) against the conveying direction (C).
