METHOD AND DEVICE FOR HANDLING (HYGIENE) PRODUCTS
A method and to a device for handling hygiene products, in particular nappies, wherein the products are transported by a feed conveyor in a first transport direction into compartments of a removal conveyor, in particular a grouping conveyor, which transports the products in a second transport direction, wherein the second transport direction extends transversely, in particular perpendicularly, to the first transport direction. At least one intermediate conveyor which serves to reduce the transport speed of the products in the first transport direction is located between the feed conveyor and the removal conveyor.

The plate material conveying system comprises: a feeding section 13 that feeds the plate materials produced by the press work at regular intervals; a storage section 14 that stores the plate materials conveyed sequentially from the feeding section 13; a loading section 15 that loads the plate materials stored in the storage section 14 on the tray opposing thereto at one time; and a discharging section 16 that conveys the tray from a site to be opposed to the storage section 14 to a predetermined site.

According to one aspect of the present invention, an accumulation module for a product delivery system includes an input shaft configured to receive an external drive force. A transfer shaft reverses an operation of the external drive force to define a reversing drive force. An output shaft receives the reversing drive force. An accumulation belt is operated by the reversing drive force. The accumulation belt operates in opposition to the external drive force.

According to one aspect of the present invention, an accumulation module for a product delivery system includes an input shaft configured to receive an external drive force. A transfer shaft reverses an operation of the external drive force to define a reversing drive force. An output shaft receives the reversing drive force. An accumulation belt is operated by the reversing drive force. The accumulation belt operates in opposition to the external drive force.
