Systems and methods for providing singulation of objects for processing
A processing system including a singulation system is disclosed. The singulation system includes a conveying system for moving objects to be sorted from a source area along a first direction, a detection system for detecting objects at the conveying system, and for selecting certain selected objects for removal from the conveying system, and a removal system for removing the certain selected objects from the conveying system for providing a singulated stream of objects.
Picking Facility
In a picking facility, if both a first picking operation and a second picking operation are performed based on order information, a third container is transported from a housing portion to a second picking portion, a fourth container is transported from the housing portion to the second picking portion, after the second picking operation has been performed, the fourth container in which a target article has been housed by the second picking operation is transported as a second container to a first picking portion, a first container is transported from the housing portion to the first picking portion, and, after the first picking operation has been performed, the second container in which the target articles have been housed by the first picking operation and the second picking operation is transported to a shipping portion.
Systems, methods, and computer program products for improved container transportation
Methods, apparatuses, devices, and computer program products are disclosed for container transportation. An example system includes a conveyor network that includes a plurality of conveyors and each conveyor supports one or more containers thereon. Each conveyor defines a conveyor length and a conveyor operating speed. The system further includes a computing device operably coupled to the conveyor network. The computing device receives a starting location and a destination location of a first container within the conveyor network and receives an operating density for each conveyor in the conveyor network. The computing device determines a first travel path for the first container between the starting location and the destination location based upon the conveyor length, the conveyor operating speed, and the operating density for each conveyor in the conveyor network. The first travel path minimizes a total travel time for the first container between the starting location and the destination location.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SORTING MOVING OBJECTS
A system for sorting moving objects is disclosed. The system comprises a light source, an image capturing device, a controlling and processing device, and an object sorting device. Particularly, the controlling and processing device is configured to decide a first setting parameter so as to apply a parameter adjustment to the light source, and is also configured to decide a second setting parameter so as to apply an parameter adjustment to the image capturing device. After deciding an object classifier based on the first setting parameter, the second setting parameter, and object images received from the image capturing device, the object sorting device is controlled to apply an object sorting process to the of objects that are delivered by the belt conveyor, thereby sorting the objects into at least two object group consisting of a normal object group and a defective object group.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROCESSING OBJECTS
A processing system is disclosed for processing objects. The processing system includes a perception system for providing perception data regarding an object, and a primary transport system for providing transport of the object along a primary direction toward a processing location that is identified based on the perception data.

Code reading device and code reading method
A code reading device including: an article placement surface on which an article is placed; at least one code reading unit that optically reads a code attached to the article; and a motion unit that causes the article to swivel and/or rotate on the article placement surface, the code reading device being configured to read the code with the code reading unit while causing the article to swivel and/or rotate on the article placement surface.
DEVICE FOR SORTING OUT CONTAINERS WHICH WERE APPLIED AN INCORRECT PRINT BY A DIRECT PRINTING MACHINE
The invention provides a device for sorting out containers which were applied an incorrect print by a direct printing machine. The device comprises a transport device for transporting pucks, which are adapted to transport containers, along a transport path away from the direct printing machine, where the transport path comprises at least a primary transport path and a secondary transport path, an inspection device for inspecting the print on the containers, a decoupling device, in particular comprising a pusher system or a slider system, for decoupling pucks from the primary transport path to the secondary transport path, and a control device adapted to control the decoupling device such that pucks with containers, for which the inspection device has detected an incorrect print, are decoupled to the secondary transport path.

Method and device for self-assembling semiconductor light-emitting diodes
The present invention relates to a device and method for self-assembling semiconductor light-emitting diodes. Particularly, a method for manufacturing a display device according to the present invention includes: feeding a substrate to an assembly site and putting semiconductor light-emitting diodes having a magnetic material into a fluid chamber; applying a magnetic force to the semiconductor light-emitting diodes so that the semiconductor light-emitting diodes move in one direction within the fluid chamber; and guiding the semiconductor light-emitting diodes to preset positions on the substrate by applying an electric field, so that the semiconductor light-emitting diodes are mounted at the preset positions while in the process of being moved.
