MACHINE FOR POSITIONING OBJECTS
A machine for positioning objects, comprising a first conveyor belt configured to receive a plurality of objects; computer vision means configured to identify the position and shape of the objects; robotic collection means configured to collect the objects; and exit means configured to allow exiting of the objects. The machine comprises a rotary transfer track arranged in a closed circuit around two rotating axes; and a plurality of transfer elements attached to the rotary transfer track, configured to receive the objects. The rotary transfer track is configured to produce a rotary movement of the transfer elements around the two rotating axes, and a rectilinear movement thereof between the two rotating axes.
Rotary picker with arms
Methods and apparatus for picking items. Item picking devices are operably positioned on a rotatable frame portion so that they move in a rotary motion to pick items from a conveyor belt or other area as required. By moving item picking devices in a rotary motion in proximity to a conveyor belt or other area, embodiments of the present invention can more efficiently pick and place items for packaging, processing, shipment, or for further use and without being limited by space constraints.
Parallel vertical recirculating gantry system
Disclosed are various embodiments for a vertically recirculating gantry system operating in parallel with multiple actuators on multiple gantries. A plurality of items are retrieved from a plurality of picking locations via a plurality of actuators disposed on a gantry spanning a width of the plurality of conveyors. The gantry is moved along a track toward a plurality of stowage locations. Individual items are deposited in respective stowage locations via the plurality of actuators as the gantry moves over the stowage locations.
Product turner and placer
An apparatus is disclosed for severing a continuous web into discrete pieces, and re-orienting the discrete pieces by turning and placing the discrete pieces onto a moving conveyor for further processing as desired.
Device for transferring products from a feeder conveyor belt to a discharge conveyor belt using grippers, and method for operating the device
The invention relates to a device for transferring products from a feeder conveyor belt (10) to a discharge conveyor belt (12), comprising a linear motor having conveyor elements (14) which are movably guided on a guide and have grippers (18) for the temporary accommodation of products (20). The guide is designed as a linear guide section (13), and the conveyor elements (14) can be moved back and forth on the guide section (13) for picking up and putting down the products (20). When products (20) are conveyed consecutively in a row in the conveying direction (z) of the feeder conveyor belt (10), the feeder conveyor belt (10), the discharge conveyor belt (12) and the guide section (13) are arranged in parallel next to one another, at least in one lateral overlapping area. When products (20) are conveyed side-by-side in rows in the conveying direction (z) of the feeder conveyor belt (10), the feeder conveyor belt (10) is arranged perpendicular to the discharge conveyor belt (12), and the discharge conveyor belt (12) and the guide section (13) are arranged in parallel to one another and are arranged side-by-side with the feeder conveyor belt (10) at least in a lateral overlapping area.
