Transfer Track Stopper for Packaged Integrated Circuits
A packaged integrated circuit transfer track with a stopper arm that is constrained to vertical motion. A packaged integrated circuit transfer track with a cam follower that engages a cam causing a stopper arm to raise or lower vertically. A packaged integrated circuit transfer track with an actuator that engages a switch causing a motor or solenoid to raise or lower the stopper arm vertically.
Activated variable height rollers for an active control roller top conveying assembly
A modular conveying assembly that includes a plurality of roller bodies, a driving member, a positive stop body, and a positive stop actuator. Each roller body includes a top surface, a driven axle mounted to the roller body for conveyance therewith, a roller fixed to the driven axle, and a driven surface fixed to the driven axle. The rollers define a support plane. The driving member selectively engages the driven surfaces to affect rotation of the driven axle. The positive stop body is coupled to the plurality of roller bodies and includes a positive stop that is movable relative to the positive stop body between a first position and a second position. The positive stop extends above the support plane in the second position. The positive stop actuator selectively engages the positive stop to move the positive stop between the first position and the second position.
Transporter and transport method
According to one embodiment, a transporter includes a conveyor, a restrainer, and a restrainer moving unit. The conveyor conveys an object in a first direction. The conveyor is movable in a second direction. The restrainer is disposed corresponding to a downstream end of the conveyor in the first direction. The restrainer moving unit keeps, in a case where a position of the conveyor relative to an object-transporting destination is out of a preset range, the restrainer at a restraining position at which the restrainer restrains a movement of the object. The restrainer moving unit starts to move, in a case where the position of the conveyor relative to the object-transporting destination is in the preset range, the restrainer toward a releasing position at which the restrainer allows the movement of the object.
Article supply device for supplying articles according to type
An article supply device includes a plurality of storage units in which a plurality of types of articles are respectively stored, a plurality of supply paths, a plurality of open/close stoppers that control the supply amounts of articles for each supply path, a plurality of partition/passing-through members that form gaps depending on the types of the articles, between the surfaces of the supply paths and the plurality of partition/passing-through members, and a driving unit that allows the supply paths and the partition/passing-through members to relatively move each other.
Conveyance apparatus including variable jig and driving method thereof
A conveyance apparatus including a variable jig and a driving method thereof. The conveyance apparatus includes a transport unit including a transfer belt extending from a loading position to an unloading position of works, the transport unit being a movement path for the works, a variable jig module disposed with respect to a position, where the works stop, in the movement path to support the works, the variable jig module being a variable jig that varies a supporting base, based on shapes of the works, a sensing unit disposed outside the transfer belt with respect to the variable jig module to measure a movement or position of the works, an image processing unit configured to perform image processing on the works transported through the transfer belt, and a controller electrically connected to the variable jig module to control an operation of the variable jig module.
PALLET RETURN ASSEMBLY
A pallet return assembly includes at least one support member, a bracket member, a base member including a stopper member, and a lever that, when actuated, moves the base member and its stopper member from a pallet catch position to a pallet release position. In the pallet catch position, the stopper member catches a bottom of a pallet positioned on the roller tracks of the pallet bay and restricts the pallet from moving along the roller tracks. In the pallet release position, the stopper member no longer catches the bottom of the pallet positioned on the roller tracks and no longer restricts the pallet from moving along the roller tracks.
Tote stop assembly and method of using the same
Various embodiments are directed to a tote stop assembly configured for a conveyor assembly and methods of operating the same. In various embodiments, the tote stop assembly comprises a cam assembly comprising a cam element secured relative to an outer surface of a drive roller, the drive roller being configured to cause motor-driven rotation of the cam element about a central axis of the drive roller; and a tote stop component comprising a cam follower configured for physical engagement with the cam element such that the motor-driven rotation of the cam element causes vertical movement of the tote stop component between raised and lowered positions; the tote stop assembly being configurable in an actuated configuration to selectively obstruct an object from moving along a conveyor path based on an operation of the drive roller, the actuated configuration being defined by the tote stop component being arranged in the raised position.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DELIVERING A PIECE GOOD
A release device may include a lifting and pre-stopping element having an upper sliding surface, the part coupled to a drive such that the sliding surface is movable over the sliding plane into an enabled position and at the level of the sliding plane into a blocked position, the part having a stop which in the enabled position protrudes beyond the sliding plane. A blocking element, behind the part in the sliding direction, has an upper blocking element sliding surface, a blocking edge protruding beyond the sliding plane, and an extendable/retractable block coupled to the drive such that the block is movable below the blocking element sliding surface into an enabled position and above the blocking element sliding surface into a blocked position. The blocking edge may be in front of the block in the sliding direction, preventing contact between the piece good and the block in the blocked position.
