The electric motor drives multiple stations to carry products simultaneously, and undergoes a reciprocating movement along the cam trajectory, grabhooks on the assemblies reciprocate vertically to grab and transfer the products, so that the products are sequentially transferred from one station to the next station.
Transfer system, transport system and method for removing sleeve-shaped workpieces from a first conveyor and for pushing the sleeve-shaped workpieces onto a second conveyor
Transfer system for removing sleeve-shaped workpieces from a first conveyor and for pushing the sleeve-shaped workpieces onto a second conveyor, with a linearly movable coupling rod, with which a gear unit is associated, which includes a swivel body mounted so as to be pivotable about an axis of movement, on which a first workpiece gripper mounted so as to be rotatable about a first axis of rotation and a second workpiece gripper are arranged, wherein the gear unit has an adjuster for initiating an actuating movement for setting a distance between a first gripping region of the first workpiece gripper, which is arranged at a radial distance from the axis of movement, and a second gripping region of the second workpiece gripper, which is arranged at a radial distance from the axis of movement, as well as with a swivel drive for actuating the adjuster for initiating a forced swivel movement connected to the swivel movement of the swivel body onto the first workpiece gripper.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATED ASSEMBLY OF COMPONENTS
A system for automatically handling components to be assembled onto a product on an assembly line includes a carriage that is movable to and between a first, retracted position spaced from the assembly line, and a second position displaced from the retracted position in a direction toward the assembly line. A manipulator on the carriage supports a component mounting tool configured to receive and support at least one component for assembly to the product. The manipulator may be arranged in a first orientation when the carriage is in the first position, and may be pivoted to a second orientation when the carriage is in the second position, such that a component on the component mounting tool is supported in a pose for processing when the carriage is in the first position, and is supported in a pose for joining to the product when the carriage is in the second position.
Method and apparatus used to handle non-upright articles of an article stream under prevention of disturbances
The invention includes a method (100) and an apparatus to handle irregularly conveyed and/or irregularly aligned and/or non-upright articles of an article stream under prevention of disturbances. The method (100) comprises the following steps: identifying at least one non-upright article in an article stream as an error; performing a correction step to resolve the error, the correction step comprising removal from the article stream of the at least one irregularly aligned article, or transfer to an upright orientation of the at least one irregularly aligned article, with a defined action being exerted temporally before and/or in temporal overlap with the correction step upon the at least one irregularly aligned article or upon regularly conveyed articles of the article stream.
AN APPARATUS FOR EXTRACTING PHARMACEUTICAL CONTAINERS, SUCH AS SYRINGES, CARPULES OR VIALS, FROM RELATIVE SUPPORT ELEMENTS CONSTITUTED BY A TUB AND A NEST
Apparatus for extracting pharmaceutical containers from a nest inside a tub includes an advancement line of the tubs, which stops the tubs at a rest station; a handling organ, and a pickup and transfer station. The station has a frame, with a housing for receiving and supporting a nest and rotatable about a first axis into a first operating position near the rest station and into a second operating position near the handling organ. A suction gripper collects at least a further nest containing pharmaceutical containers from a tub in the rest station and positions the further nest in the housing of a second frame stationary in the first operating position. The second frame then rotates into the second operating position for the handling organ to collect the pharmaceutical containers from the “nest.”
AN APPARATUS FOR EXTRACTING PHARMACEUTICAL CONTAINERS BEING BOTTLES, FROM RELATIVE SUPPORT ELEMENTS CONSTITUTED BY A TRAY
Apparatus extracting, from trays, bottles with mouths facing downwards includes an advancement line stopping the trays at a rest station; a handling organ; and a bottle pickup and transfer mechanism having a suction plate, with suction seats receiving and retaining the bottles internally. A frame with a housing receives and releasably retains the suction plate. The frame rotates about a first axis to a first operating position near the rest station and to a second operating position near the handling organ. Gripping and moving means pick up and move the suction plate above the tray with the seated bottles, and to raise the plate with the bottles, and then position the plate at the housing in the first operating position.
METHOD, DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR GROUPING, IN PARTICULAR PALLETIZING, PRODUCT BLANKS
A method for grouping elongated products (4). The products (4) are delivered by a delivering conveyor device (5) and are deposited onto a conveyor belt (3) such that there are no gaps between the lateral surfaces, and the products are conveyed along a conveyor direction (F) at a conveyor speed. Of the products (4) being conveyed without gaps, multiple products (4) which form a product group and adjoin one another without gaps are removed from the conveyor belt (3) simultaneously using transfer means (7), wherein during the removal process, the transfer means (7) are moved along the conveyor section (S) from a starting position (24) to a removal position in the conveyor direction (F) in a synchronized manner with the conveyor belt (3) and the product group which is to be removed and which is being conveyed on the conveyor belt, and the products (4) of the product group are then aligned perpendicularly to the conveyor direction (F) simultaneously by means of a pivoting movement after the removal process and are deposited on a shelf in the aligned state as a row extending along the conveyor direction (F) without gaps.
Product transfer apparatus and product transfer system
A product transfer apparatus includes a product suction pad part having a suction cup part capable of sucking a plate-like product, a transfer base whose lower part has the product suction pad part, and a label suction part having a label pad, which is able to suck a label to be pasted to the product, and an up-down function of moving the label pad up and down between a position upper than and a position lower than the position of a front end of the suction cup part.
HOLDING DEVICE, TRANSFER SYSTEM, SUPPORT DEVICE, PLACEMENT METHOD, AND TRANSFER METHOD
A holding device includes a supporter, a gripper, and a first driver. The supporter supports a weight of a workpiece in a first direction. The gripper includes a gripping surface that grips the workpiece in a second direction crossing the first direction. The first driver moves the supporter with respect to the gripper in the second direction. A tilt of the supporter is changeable with respect to the gripping surface along a plane including the first and second directions.
