A system for separating drill cuttings from a drilling fluid and transporting the drill cuttings from a wellbore includes a multi-chambered collection bin defining a first chamber and a second chamber therein separated by a screen partition. An unloading bulk conveyor is operably coupled to the first chamber for unloading drill cuttings from the first chamber and a suction pump is operably coupled to the second chamber for drawing drilling fluid from the second chamber. Drill cuttings may be unloaded from the first chamber onto a transport vehicle for delivery to a disposal site. The drilling fluid may be pumped from the second chamber and recirculated through the wellbore.

A device and method for transferring solid particles between zones of different ambient conditions is disclosed. A piston chamber comprising a solids inlet, a solids outlet, and a piston is provided. The solids inlet is adjacent to a source of solid particles, the source being at a first ambient condition. The solids outlet is adjacent to a solids receptacle, the solids receptacle being at a second ambient condition. The piston comprises a hollow. The piston traverses back and forth across the piston chamber such that the hollow is moved alternately adjacent to the solids inlet and the solids outlet. The solid particles pass into the hollow as the hollow is adjacent to the solids inlet, and pass out of the hollow as the hollow is adjacent to the solids outlet.

A component supply device includes a storage section, a mounting section, and a component support section. The storage section stores multiple components. The storage section is mounted to the mounting section. The storage section is attachable and detachable in relation to the mounting section. The component support section supports, in a scattered state, multiple components which are discharged from an opening of the storage section which is in a state of being mounted to the mounting section.

The discharge device is arranged so as to be rotatable about an outlet axis of the outlet opening of the storage container, said outlet axis running at a distance to the central axis of the storage container, and the outlet opening of the storage container corresponds to the loading point of the discharge device.

A storage and reclaim system for bulk material includes a bulk material holding space having a bottom portion provided with a discharge port. The bottom portion includes an inclined support plate for supporting the bulk material and for assisting gravity induced feeding of the bulk material towards the discharge port. The support plate is supported by a support structure in a free-floating manner. One or more vibrators are connected to the support plate and configured to transfer vibrational energy to the support plate to induce a vibrational movement of the support plate. The discharge port includes one or more inclined discharge port plates. One or more vibrators are connected to each discharge port plate.

A bulk material storage container assembly for storing and unloading particulate material includes a storage vessel adapted to hold particulate material. A discharge port is in fluid communication with the storage vessel and with a discharge port outlet. The discharge port is also sized and shaped to facilitate bridging of particulate material. A shaft is mounted within the storage vessel adjacent to the discharge port and adapted for reciprocal movement with respect to the discharge port. A rake is mounted on said shaft and adapted to disaggregate particulate material that has bridged proximate the discharge port as the shaft is reciprocated with respect to the discharge port.
