MATERIAL FEEDER WITH MATERIAL FLOW ASSIST MECHANISM AND METHOD OF USE
A material flow assist mechanism for a feed hopper using a vertically aligned rotating auger includes a frame, the frame having a pair of spaced apart first and second telescoping arms attached to frame, and a connector to link a shaft of a motor to the auger for auger and material flow assist mechanism rotation. Each of first and second telescoping arms have an elongated member mounted to a plate-containing end portion of each respective first and second telescoping arms. Rotation of the material flow assist mechanism by the motor rotates the first and second elongated members for material dispensing out a hopper. Dispensing of the material from the hopper results in extension of portions of the first and second telescoping arms such that the elongated members and plate travel with a top portion of the material as the top portion of the material in the hopper descends during dispensing.

Dispensing of the material from the hopper results in extension of portions of the first and second telescoping arms such that the elongated members and plate travel with a top portion of the material as the top portion of the material in the hopper descends during dispensing.
GARDENING MATERIAL DISPENSING APPARATUS
A gardening material dispensing apparatus configured for dispensing gardening material. The gardening material dispensing apparatus includes a convertible container assembly configured to contain a supply of the gardening material, a dispensing conduit configured to flow the gardening material from the container assembly continually based on gravity to a selected area, and at least one material agitator assembly operably coupled to the dispensing conduit and configured to controlled quantities of the gardening material by controlling a speed of rotation of an agitator impeller.
The dispensing conduit dispenses a precise amount of the gardening material continuously onto the selected area.
Press on sweep wheel treads
A sweep auger system having a driveshaft with auger flighting and a backboard extending a length from an inward end to an outward end. An input of a gearbox is connected to an outward end of the drive shaft and a sweep wheel having a plurality of notches, arms and feet is connected to an output of the gearbox. A drive shield is placed around a rearward side of the sweep wheel that forms a channel that is configured to capture grain agitated by the sweep wheel. A guide plate is connected to the gearbox and covers a portion of the gearbox. The guide plate angles from an upper outward edge downward and forward to a lower inward edge that is configured to urge the grain captured within the channel of the drive shield to move in front of the sweep auger system reducing grain left in the grain bin.
DOSER MECHANISMS
A doser mechanism includes a cylindrical shell, an auger conveyor, and a check valve. The cylindrical shell includes a hollow cylinder and an end plate. The hollow cylinder at least partially defines an internal enclosure extending between first and second ends of the hollow cylinder, a first opening at the first end, and a second opening through a thickness of the hollow cylinder. The end plate covers the second end. The auger conveyor includes an auger at least partially extending through the internal enclosure through the first end. The check valve has a valve member configured to selectively cover the second opening. The check valve may cause the valve member move between a rest position and an open position to cover or expose the second opening in response to a magnitude of a force applied to the valve member from the internal enclosure through the second opening.
Grain dryer
A grain dryer is a system and means for drying grain having a grain conveyor and pair of blower motors. A first blower motor has a heat exchange while a second blower motor has a cool air exchange. A screen covers the conveyor to ensure the grains stay in position. Grain is moved along the system by means of an auger.
FOOD DISPENSING MACHINE AND ASSEMBLIES THEREOF
A food dispensing machine includes a housing, a tray, an auger, and a motor. The housing defines an interior and includes a front wall that defines a dispensation opening adjacent to the interior. The tray is disposed in the interior and defines a trough that is disposed adjacent to the dispensation opening. The auger is disposed in the trough and is selectively rotatable about a rotational axis. The motor is operably coupled with the auger for powering rotation of the auger.
FOOD DISPENSING MACHINE AND ASSEMBLIES THEREOF
A food dispensing machine includes a housing, a tray, an auger, and a motor. The housing defines an interior and includes a front wall that defines a dispensation opening adjacent to the interior. The tray is disposed in the interior and defines a trough that is disposed adjacent to the dispensation opening. The auger is disposed in the trough and is selectively rotatable about a rotational axis. The motor is operably coupled with the auger for powering rotation of the auger.
PARTICULATE MATERIAL SUPPLY APPARATUS
One object is to provide a particulate material supply apparatus of a simple configuration provided with leakage preventing portions configured to receive a particulate material falling out from a feed port during stop of supply of the particulate material and not to interfere with the supply of the particulate material from the feed port during supply of the particulate material. There is provided a particulate material supply apparatus of the present disclosure comprising a main body; a plurality of stockers; and a plurality of leakage preventing portions. The stocker comprises a charging port configured to cause the particulate material to be charged into inside of the stocker; and a feed portion configured to supply the particulate material stored inside of the stocker from a feed port. The leakage preventing portion comprises a receiving member and a driving portion.
PARTICULATE MATERIAL SUPPLY APPARATUS
One object is to provide a particulate material supply apparatus of a simple configuration provided with leakage preventing portions configured to receive a particulate material falling out from a feed port during stop of supply of the particulate material and not to interfere with the supply of the particulate material from the feed port during supply of the particulate material. There is provided a particulate material supply apparatus of the present disclosure comprising a main body; a plurality of stockers; and a plurality of leakage preventing portions. The stocker comprises a charging port configured to cause the particulate material to be charged into inside of the stocker; and a feed portion configured to supply the particulate material stored inside of the stocker from a feed port. The leakage preventing portion comprises a receiving member and a driving portion.
