Sweep auger drive shield with gravity reclaim
A sweep auger system having a driveshaft with auger fighting and a backboard extending a length from an inward end to an outward end. An input of a gearbox is connected to an outward end of the drive shaft and a sweep wheel having a plurality of notches, arms and feet is connected to an output of the gearbox. A drive shield is placed around a rearward side of the sweep wheel that forms a channel that is configured to capture grain agitated by the drive wheel. A guide plate is connected to the gearbox and covers a portion of the gearbox. The guide plate angles from an upper outward edge downward and forward to a lower inward edge that is configured to urge the grain captured within the channel of the drive shield to move in front of the sweep auger system reducing grain left in the grain bin.
AUTOMATED PIZZA-MAKING SYSTEM
A vehicle-based, automated pizza-making system including a two-piece pizza pan conveyed between pizza-making components on a series of pan drive rails. The two-piece pizza pan can include a base and a removable ring for containing the unfinished pizza and toppings. The rails can include timing belts for conveying the two-piece pizza pan through the system with improved positional control and accuracy.
Kickout wheel assembly for a seed meter
A kickout wheel assembly for removing seeds from a seed metering member. The kickout wheel assembly includes a first kickout wheel configured to rotate to remove seeds from the seed metering member, and a second kickout wheel configured to rotate to remove seeds from the seed metering member. The second kickout wheel is journaled independently from the first kickout wheel.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DOSING A FLOWABLE SOLID
Embodiments relate to systems for dispensing a flowable solid. The system can include a body, a dosing device, and a handle. The body can include a storage volume, an inlet, an outlet, and a dosing chamber disposed between the storage volume and the outlet. The dosing device can be disposed at least partially within the dosing chamber. The dosing device can be rotatable about a horizontal axis and include a central shaft extending along the horizontal axis, a walls extending radially outward from the central shaft, dosing volumes defined in part by the walls. Each dosing volume can hold one dose of the flowable solid. The dosing device can restrict flow of the flowable solid from the storage volume to the outlet. The dosing device can rotate incrementally about the horizontal axis such that one dose of the flowable solid is dispensed through the outlet with each incremental rotation.
Sweep system for grain bins
A sweep system having for removal of grain from a grain bin is presented. The sweep system has an elongated body extending a length between an inward end and an outward end and having a leading side and a trailing side. The elongated body is connected to a pivot point at the center of the grain bin and is configured to rotate around the pivot point. An agitator is connected to the outward end of the elongated body and is configured to agitate grain as the elongated body rotates around the pivot point. In one or more arrangements, the agitator is configured to support the sweep system on a floor of the grain bin. In one or more arrangements, the agitator is configured to move the sweep system forward during operation to facilitate rotation of the sweep system.
Industrial sweeping apparatus
An industrial sweeping apparatus that is configured to be deployed underneath equipment such as but not limited to hay presses wherein the present invention is operable to provide collection of loose material underneath the equipment. The industrial sweeping apparatus includes a longitudinal support member that is positioned above the ground underneath the equipment. A motor and a drive assembly are operably coupled to the longitudinal support member wherein the drive assembly extends the length of the longitudinal support member. A sweeping assembly is movably coupled to the longitudinal support member wherein the sweeping assembly includes a first portion and a second portion. The second portion is perpendicularly oriented with the first portion and extends outward therefrom extending away from the longitudinal support member. A sweeping member is operably coupled to the second portion and is configured to engage loose material as the sweeping assembly traverses the longitudinal support member.
Apparatus and method for dosaging powdered or granulated material
An open unit housing is configured for removably and rotatably mounting therein at least a dosage feeder of a dosaging apparatus for dosaging a particulate chemical material when mounted above a body of a liquid material, with an interior of the open unit housing being exposed to ambient conditions. The open unit housing comprises a housing body portion having an interior surface defining a cavity exposed to ambient conditions and having an inlet opening facing upwardly for receiving the chemical material from an external source, and an outlet opening for disposing therethrough dosages of the chemical material. The housing body portion has a front end and an axially opposite rear end, the front and rear ends having inner surfaces that bound the cavity. The rear end has a rear opening configured to allow removable mounting of the dosage feeder therethrough into the cavity, and the front end has a front opening configured to allow a front moving member of the dosage feeder to extend therethrough to be connected to a driving member of the apparatus.
Polymer Rotary Feeder Vanes
Disclosed are configurations, processes, and systems for utilizing a rotary feeder that has vanes with nonlinear edges, vanes with linear edges and with agglomerate pockets formed in the vanes, or vanes with nonlinear edges and with agglomerate pockets formed in the vanes.
WASHABLE SIFTER BIN FOR TOY BUILDING BLOCKS
A washable sifter bin device including a circular bottom sheet having a plurality of circular holes, a cylindrical wall surrounding the circular bottom sheet, and a central knob attached to the bottom sheet and located at a center of the bottom sheet. A storage and washing sifter bins'assembly includes a plurality of washable sifter bins attachably stocked to one another, wherein each of the plurality of the washable sifter bins includes a circular bottom sheet having a plurality of circular holes of a particular diameter specified for each of the plurality of the washable sifter bins; a cylindrical wall surrounding the circular bottom sheet; and a central knob attached to the bottom sheet and located at a center of the bottom sheet.
