The centring cone (5) has a longitudinal axis (A) and comprises an inlet mouth (10), for entrance of said cap (23), and an inner lateral surface (11). Said inner lateral surface (11) comprises a first, substantially cylindrical portion (12) and a second portion (13) comprised between the first portion (12) and the inlet mouth (10) and diverging outwards in the direction from the first portion (12) to the inlet mouth (10). The centring cone (5) is a component separate from and independent of the clamps (8).
Method for unblocking the movement of hollow bodies in a chute conveyor
Disclosed is a method for unblocking the movement of hollow bodies travelling in a line in a conveyor, including: a guiding chute in which each hollow body is intended to take up a freely suspended position; a component for continuously driving hollow bodies into the chute in a direction of movement; a hollow body being likely to take up a position in which it is stuck against a stationary surface of a member that complements the chute and thus to block the movement of the hollow bodies that build up behind same. The method includes an unblocking step which consists of applying an unblocking pulse to the hollow bodies of the blocked line against the direction of movement in order to move the blocking hollow body away from the stationary surface and to allow the blocking hollow body to swivel into the freely suspended position thereof in the chute.
DEVICE FOR HOLDING A CONTAINER AND TREATMENT DEVICE
A device for holding a container in a container treatment device, for example for holding a bottle at the bottle neck thereof, includes a first clasp arm, which is arranged on a clasp carrier so as to be pivotable about a first pivot axis, and a second clasp arm, which is arranged on the clasp carrier so as to be pivotable about a second pivot axis. The first clasp arm is of longer design than the second clasp arm. The first clasp arm and the second clasp arm are pivotally coupled to one another via a coupling arrangement, wherein the clasp arms are magnetically preloaded into a closed position, and the clasp arms can be opened to receive a container passively by inserting the container. A treatment device for treating a container is also described.
Device and method for grouped feeding of containers to a cyclical processing machine
An apparatus for grouped take-up and feeding of a container-group of containers to a cyclical processing machine having a cyclical take-up device for taking up the group of containers includes an intake, a feed, and a transfer apparatus arranged in a transfer region between the intake and the take-up device. The intake forms a closed conveyor section that comprises a linear section, a conveyor, and carrying-and-holding elements that convey containers in a continuous container stream along the conveyor section. The feed uses mechanical propulsion to convey suspended containers to individually transfer the suspended containers to the carrying-and-holding elements. The transfer apparatus has rotatable grippers for taking up a container group from the container stream and after having taken up the group of containers, feeding the group of containers to the cyclical take-up device.
Rubberized pad, in particular for chains for handling/lifting products in product lines
A rubberized pad with high flexibility, in particular for chains for handling/lifting product line products, has a vertical symmetry axis with a full base for coupling with the chain and a hollow upper part, including a wall opposed with respect to said base and suitable for engaging with a conveyed product. The pad has a total height and the upper part includes lateral walls having two semi-walls, with a thickness and connected with the wall, and two semi-walls having a thickness connected with the base. The pairs of semi-walls making between each other an angle (a1) directed toward the hollow part of the upper part, the semi-walls realizing an angle (a2) with respect to the vertical symmetry axis of the pad. The pad has a ratio between the height and thickness of ≥10, in that the angle (a1) is ≤90°, and in that the angle (a2) is ≥40°.
Conveying method and system for a machine to fill bottles, in particular in the pharmaceutical industry
A conveying method and system for a machine to fill bottles, with a non-circular cross-section, in particular for products in the pharmaceutical industry; the following are provided: a plurality of holding members designed to hold a plurality of bottles in a suspended position; movers to move the plurality of holding members along a processing path; and guides, which are arranged parallel to the processing path, allow the bottles to move only when the bottles are arranged according to a predetermined orientation, and force the bottles to assume and maintain the predetermined orientation.
BOTTLE GRIPPING ASSEMBLY
A bottle gripping assembly including a pair of bottle gripping arms each having a grip member for gripping a bottle therebetween. The bottle gripping assembly also includes a base supporting the bottle gripping arms, with the base having a top surface and a recess into the top surface, a wear pad located in the recess of the base, with the wear pad and the base under the upper surface of the recess having a pair of aligned fastener holes, a pair of fasteners, with each one of the fasteners extending through one of the bottle gripping arms and into one of the fastener holes to connect the bottle gripping arms to the wear pad and the base, and a pair of wear bushings, with each of the wear bushings having a tubular portion that extends into one of the bottle gripping arms and surrounds a portion of the fasteners.
Bottle neck gripper
A bottle neck gripper includes first and second jaw components, each pivotally mounted for rotation about a respective pivot axis, the first jaw component including a first permanent magnet mounted thereon, the second jaw component including a second permanent magnet mounted thereon. The first permanent magnet and second permanent magnet are positioned to be attracted to each other. An attractive force of the magnets urges grip ends of the first and second jaw components toward each other. The pivot axis of the first jaw component is located between the first permanent magnet and the grip end, and the pivot axis of the second jaw component is located between the second permanent magnet and the grip end.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TRANSPORTATION
The invention relates to a device and to a plurality of methods for transporting. One method includes moving a plurality of transport movement devices (14) along a guide track (22) by means of a linear motor system. A long stator (16) of the linear motor system has, along a portion of the guide track (22), a predetermined functional region. The method includes portion-wise varying of a magnetic field generation of the long stator (16) within the predetermined functional region (46) for successive transport movement devices of the plurality of transport movement devices (14). It is thus possible to achieve various advantages, such as for example prolonging the motor service life, preventing emergency shut-offs, increased performance of the long stator linear motor and/or allowing smaller dimensioning of the long stator (16).
