Composite belt profile

A composite belt may include a profile, and a belt. The profile may have a strip, and nodules. The profile may be attached to the belt such that each nodule extends out from the belt. The composite belt may be included in a cooking apparatus that may also include a housing, a heat source, and a drive roller.

Directional discharge wing pulley

A directional discharge wing pulley having a plurality of wings that discharge material in a single direction while properly tracking the conveyor belt. The directional discharge wing pulley may include a plurality of directional discharge wings, which are generally angled in a single or primarily in single direction across the entire face of the pulley. When pulley is operated a reverse rotation direction, the conveyor belt continues to properly track and the material is discharged in the opposite direction. The wings may have bends to create flat sections, or formed in a multiple arc pattern to create smoother changes in geometry or increased wing angle near the ends of the pulley, while generally maintaining a single direction wing through the entire pulley. Strengthening rib bends may be added near the end of a straight wing to add rigidity reducing the likelihood of wing fold over. The wings may include secondary wings, for example, in a Herringbone pattern. In some applications, the wings may include longitudinal or circumferential wing tips. In other applications, the wings may include a multi-start spiral.

Tensioning system and drive positioning on a conveyor assembly

A conveyor assembly includes a frame having an intake end and a discharge end, the intake end and the discharge end defining a material flow direction therebetween. The conveyor assembly also includes a conveyor supported on the frame and configured to move material along the material flow direction. The conveyor assembly also includes a first non-driven idler shaft coupled to the conveyor at the intake end, a drive shaft coupled to the conveyor at the discharge end, and a tensioning system coupled to the drive shaft and configured to move the drive shaft relative to the idler shaft when the tensioning system is activated.

Disclosed is a conveyor system and method for advancing an item relative to a transport axis. The conveyor system includes a conveyor belt and a modular drive assembly having at least one drive module and at least one take-up module. Each drive module and each take-up module has a housing and a pulley assembly positioned within the housing. The respective positions of the housings of the at least one drive module and the at least one take-up module relative to the transport axis are selectively adjustable to modify the conveyor movement pathway. Moreover, the drive module can also include a drive pulley removal apparatus that is detachably secured within the housing for selective removal and replacement of a drive pulley.

AXIAL FLUX MOTOR FOR A CONVEYOR

A conveyor belt drive system comprises an axial flux motor. The axial flux motor comprises a stator and rotor bearing mounted on a stationary shaft. The stator drives a toothed rotor mounted on the rotor bearing. The rotor has a tubular shaft extension that mates with a drive shaft that can accommodate standard sprockets. Rotation of the rotor causes rotation of the drive shaft and sprockets to drive a conveyor belt.

Apparatus for storage of carrying material

An apparatus for storage of a carrying material, includes: a body frame; a plurality of loading members installed on the body frame and disposed such that a carrying material forms a plurality of layers in upper and lower directions; a driving unit connected to at least one of the plurality of loading members; and an auxiliary coupling unit provided in a portion of the plurality of loading members for attachment and detachment to and from a neighboring loading member, wherein the plurality of loading members are provided with a plurality of first loading members fixedly installed at a lower end portion of the body frame, and a plurality of second loading members disposed above the first loading member and movably installed on the body frame, wherein the driving unit is connected to at least one of the plurality of second loading members, wherein the auxiliary coupling unit includes an electromagnet installed at one end of the second loading members, and a magnetic body installed at the other end of the second loading members and the body frame to correspond to the electromagnet.

Separating system, and associated packaging installation

Separating system for separating a support and a product arranged on the support. According to one embodiment the system includes conveying means adapted for receiving the product arranged on its support and for conveying the products in a first conveyance direction. The conveying means includes two product support elements separated from one another in at least one point by a width less than a width of the product (the width of the product being transverse to the first conveyance direction) and greater than the width of its support (with the width of the support being transverse to the first conveyance direction), such that the product is supported by, and conveyed on, the product support elements of the conveying means, and the support is separated from the product upon the product being supported on the product support elements.
