The bristle brush comprises a support plate (1), a plurality of bristles (2) emerging from one of the surfaces thereof, the distal ends of the bristles (2), the ones further from the support plate (1), defining a support surface intended to receive a piece to be transported and/or cut or handled, wherein the distal ends of the plurality of bristles (2) have a semi-spherical or conical shape ending in a tip. It enables a bristle brush to be provided wherein the distal ends of said bristles have a shape which enables the bristles to move when a cutting blade or any other element comes into contact with them, without damaging them.

A conveyor belt includes upper and lower cover rubbers respectively disposed on upper and lower sides of a core layer sandwiched therebetween, a breaker layer disposed between the core layer and the upper cover rubber, and the breaker layer has a structure including a fabric having warp threads extending in a belt longitudinal direction and weft threads extending in a belt width direction and upper and lower coating rubber layers respectively covering an upper surface and a lower surface of the fabric. The fabric has a fineness in the belt longitudinal direction of 26000 dtex/cm, a fineness in the belt width direction of 90000 dtex/cm, a tensile strength in the belt longitudinal direction of 2000 N/cm, and a tensile strength in the belt width direction of 6000 N/cm. The upper and lower coating rubber layers have a layer thickness of 0.5 mm.

Low rolling resistance conveyor belt

An article such as a conveyor belt includes an elastomeric composition containing high-aspect ratio nanofibers having a diameter in a range from 10 nm to 1,000 nm, and an aspect ratio in a range from 500 to 15,000. The nanofibers may enable a reduction in the total amount of all reinforcing agent(s) in the composition while providing suitable mechanical properties, which, in turn, reduces average rolling resistance of the elastomeric composition. This makes the elastomeric composition particularly suitable for a bottom cover layer of a conveyor belt.
