Backpack chair assembly
A backpack chair assembly includes a chair that has a frame portion and a backrest portion that slidably engages the frame portion. The frame portion comprises a plurality of intersecting members such that the frame portion defines a cuboid. A backpack is positioned around the frame portion of the chair having the backpack surrounding the frame portion. The backpack has a plurality of pockets each being integrated into the backpack for storing objects. A pair of shoulder straps is each coupled to the backpack and each of the shoulder straps is wearable over a user's shoulders for carrying the backpack and the chair. A tarp is coupled to the backpack and the tarp is extendable over the backrest portion and the frame portion to inhibit objects stored on the frame portion from falling off.

Holder apparatus and method
An improved holder includes a first plate with a front and a back where the first plate includes a container cut out conformed to receive a container. A second plate, with a front and a back, where the second plate includes a secondary cut out, is connected to the first plate below the first plate. A post receiving tube with an open end is connected to the second plate where the open end of the post receiving tube is configured to fit over and receive at least part of a post such that the improved holder apparatus is suspended from the post.

The protective case constructed from materials includes a handle section attached to a rod sleeve section thereby forming a protective case with an outwardly protruding section. The handle section cover comprises (i) an outwardly protruding section having an internal cavity capable of covering and protecting a fishing rod reel; (ii) the internal cavity includes a protective double padded section, a internal right hand retrieve pocket and an internal left hand retrieve pocket for storing lures; (iii) a means of opening and closing the case such as a durable rust proof zipper (iv); a means for ventilation inside the case to protect the fishing tackle from rust such as perforated fabric or openings on the external fabric. The rod sleeve section cover includes (v) a means for adjusting the length of the rod sleeve section to accommodate varying lengths and sizes of rods. Tabs, snaps, hooks or fasteners may be attached to the rod sleeve section as a means for adjusting the size of the rod sleeve section cover; and (vi) an attached or integrated section for identifying the contents, size and type of case is present.

QUICK-RELEASE FISHING ROD BUTT SECTION
An apparatus for coupling a fishing rod to a rod holder comprises a rod butt holder attached to a fishing rod and selectively and releasably attached to rod holder support arm. The rod holder support arm includes a retaining portion configured to be selectively and releasably attached to the rod butt holder. A latch assembly is coupled to the rod butt holder to releasably secure the rod butt holder to the rod holder support arm.
SPRING LOADED FISHING POLE ASSEMBLY
A spring loaded fishing pole assembly for increasing the casting distance of a fishing lure includes a handle that has a first socket therein. An extension rod releasably engaging the first socket and the extension rod has a second socket therein. A fishing pole is provided that has a plurality of coils formed therein to define a coiled section of the fishing pole. The fishing pole releasably engages the second socket. Moreover, the fishing pole is comprised of a resiliently bendable material thereby facilitating the coiled section to whip the fishing pole when the fishing pole is cast. In this way the fishing pole increases a casting distance of a lure.
