Sheet-feeding system and sheet-feeding method
When a remaining amount of a sheet on one original sheet roll is equal to or less than a predetermined remaining amount, a pair of holding pads is brought into a first posture where holding surfaces are opened, and the holding surface of one holding pad is pressed to a joining end portion from the outside of the original sheet roll in a radial direction of another original sheet roll. Further, the holding pad is moved such that the joining end portion is separated toward the outside of the original sheet roll in the radial direction. Further, the posture of the pair of holding pads is changed into a second posture where the holding surfaces approach each other, and the joining end portion is conveyed to a joining part in a state where the joining end portion is sandwiched between the holding surfaces of the pair of holding pads.

Roll replacing device and adhesive tape sticking equipment
The present application relates to a roll replacing device and an adhesive tape sticking equipment. The roll replacing roll device replacing includes an unwinding member, a roll replacing member, a cutting member, and an end pressing member, which can realize automatic roll replacing of a work strip and a spare strip and reduce staffing, thereby reducing labor cost.
ROLL REPLACING APPARATUS AND WINDING DEVICE
A roll changing apparatus, a winding device and a gluing device. The roll changing apparatus comprises: an unwinding assembly (10), which comprises first unwinding mechanism (11) and a second unwinding mechanism (12); a roll changing assembly, which comprises a mounting base (21), a first adsorption mechanism (22), a second adsorption mechanism (23) and a cutting mechanism (24). The first adsorption mechanism (22) comprises a first adsorption base (221), and the second adsorption mechanism (23) comprises a second adsorption base (231); the first adsorption base (221) and the second adsorption base (231) are arranged along a first direction and are configured such that at least one thereamong may approach relative to the other or be away from one another in the first direction; a side of the first adsorption base (221) facing the second adsorption base (231) is provided with a first adsorption area (2211) and a second adsorption area (2212) which are arranged along a second direction which is perpendicular to the first direction; the first adsorption area (2211) is used for adsorbing a first material belt, and the second adsorption area (2212) is used for adsorbing a second material belt; and the cutting mechanism (24) is used for cutting off the first material belt between the second adsorption mechanism (23) and the first adsorption area (2211) or the second material belt between the second adsorption mechanism (23) and the second adsorption area (2212). Automatic switching of a first material belt and a second material belt may be achieved, which greatly reduces downtime and improves production efficiency compared with a manual roll changing method.
TAPE APPLICATOR HEAD
An applicator head for applying an adhesive tape on a surface or substrate, wherein the adhesive tape comprises a material and at least one removable liner, the applicator head comprising: an application tip; a cutting mechanism positioned adjacent an outer most point of the application tip; a positioning device is configured such that the cutting mechanism severs the material while maintaining the at least one removable liner intact.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR STABILIZING WEB POSITION DURING SPLICING OF TRANSVERSELY WOUND MATERIAL ROLLS
A system and method for the splicing transversely wound webs is provided. A web diverter unit includes a web retaining assembly movable between a first position where the web retaining assembly is not in contact with the running web and a second position where the web retaining assembly is in contact with the running web. With the web retaining assembly in the second position, the web retaining assembly temporarily holds the running web being unwound off of the running web material roll at a constant transverse position to enable precise alignment of the running web with the waiting web for splicing therebetween.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR SPLICING TWO SHEETS OF MATERIAL CONTAINING ALKALOIDS
A method for splicing two sheets of material containing alkaloids is provided, the method including: providing a first sheet of material containing alkaloids wound in a first bobbin; providing a second sheet of material containing alkaloids wound in a second bobbin; unwinding the first sheet wound in the first bobbin; evaluating one or more of the following parameters of the unwound first sheet: moisture, thickness, width, stickiness, and presence or absence of holes or tears; and depending on a value of the evaluated one or more parameters, unwinding the second sheet wound in the second bobbin, and splicing the first sheet and the second sheet. A system for splicing two sheets of material containing alkaloids is also provided.
