A print system includes a print apparatus connected to a puncher and an information processing apparatus that communicates with the print apparatus. The print apparatus includes a first transmission unit, a printing unit that prints an image on a sheet, and a control unit that controls the puncher to form punch holes in the sheet. The first transmission unit transmits information indicating a position where the puncher is configured to form the punch holes. The information processing apparatus includes a first reception unit that receives the transmitted information, an acceptance unit that accepts a setting that is based on the received information, and a second transmission unit that transmits the accepted setting to the print apparatus. The control unit of the print apparatus controls the puncher to form the punch holes according to the setting transmitted by the information processing apparatus and received by the print apparatus.

A cutting apparatus cuts a fabric using a rotary blade and a fixed blade that are built into a cutter head. The fixed blade is linked, to the other-end side of a swing arm of which one end is pivotally fitted on a blade frame by a swing shaft. Process for cutting a water-soluble web in a cross-machine direction. Each cutting cycle contains at least two speeds. A first speed matches that of the speed of the water-soluble web and is also the speed at the point of cutting, and a second speed is faster than the speed of the water-soluble web in the machine direction and is the speed at a point in-between two cutting actions.

The cutting apparatus includes: a main body portion; a mounting portion provided at one side of the main body portion to wind or unwind a fabric; a cutting portion provided at one side of the main body portion to cut the fabric with a required length; and a discharge portion provided at one side of the main body portion to convey the fabric cut by the cutting portion to the outside.
