CUTTING APPARATUS FOR ROLL ZEBRA BLIND
Disclosed is a cutting apparatus for a roll zebra. The cutting apparatus includes: a main body portion; a mounting portion provided at one side of the main body portion to wind or unwind a fabric; a cutting portion provided at one side of the main body portion to cut the fabric with a required length; and a discharge portion provided at one side of the main body portion to convey the fabric cut by the cutting portion to the outside. The cutting portion includes a longitudinal cutting portion cutting the fabric in a longitudinal direction, and a transverse cutting portion cutting the fabric in a transverse direction.
SHEET PROCESSING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM INCORPORATING THE SHEET PROCESSING APPARATUS
A sheet processing apparatus includes a sheet conveyor, a processing tool, a tool contact separation device, a tool moving device, and a tool facing device. The sheet conveyor is configured to convey a sheet. The processing tool is configured to perform processing to the sheet. The tool contact separation device is configured to contact and separate the processing tool with respect to the sheet. The tool moving device is configured to move the processing tool in a direction intersecting a conveyance direction of the sheet. The tool facing device includes a tool facing portion and a sheet gripper. The tool facing portion includes a rotary member supported by a shaft and is disposed at a position facing the processing tool via the sheet. The sheet gripper includes a rotary member supported by a shaft and is configured to grip the sheet with the tool facing portion.
Image forming apparatus
Provided is an image forming apparatus configured to form an image on a sheet. A case binding apparatus is configured to cut predetermined sides of a sheet bundle formed by binding a plurality of sheets to perform bookbinding. The case binding apparatus includes a cutting-waste box configured to collect cutting waste produced by the cutting and a cutting-waste full load detection sensor configured to detect a fully loaded state of the cutting-waste box with the cutting waste collected in the cutting-waste box. When the sheet onto which the image is to be formed is not a last sheet in the sheet bundle, the image forming apparatus does not interrupt image formation processing in response to the fully loaded state of the waste box detected by the detector when an order of the sheet in the sheet bundle is smaller than a predetermined order.
Clamp and medium cutting device
A clamp includes first and second rising portions that rise from a base portion, a first extending portion extending along a first top surface of a table from the first rising portion, a second extending portion extending along a second top surface of the table from the second rising portion, a first clamp portion to urge a medium toward the first top surface, and a second clamp portion to urge the medium toward the second top surface. A gap located above a groove in the table is provided between the first clamp portion and the second clamp portion.
CUTTER UNIT INCLUDING FIXED BLADE AND MOVABLE BLADE TO CUT ITEM IN COOPERATION WITH EACH OTHER
A cutter unit includes a first frame, a fixed blade, a movable blade, a movable blade drive mechanism and a pressure mechanism. The fixed blade has a first cutting edge portion. One end portion of the movable blade has one end configured to cut a cut item in cooperation with the first cutting edge portion. The second cutting edge portion and the first cutting edge portion contacting with each other at a first point and a second point. Another end portion of the movable blade has a contacting portion in contact with the first frame at a third point. The first point, the second point and the third point define an imaginary triangle. The pressure member presses the movable blade at a pressure contact position so that the movable blade presses against the fixed blade. The pressure contact position is positioned substantially within the imaginary triangle.
Nonwoven Fabric Dispenser
A nonwoven fabric dispenser is provided with fixation elements attached to the body of the dispenser and a cutter assembly attached to a lid of the dispenser. Nonwoven fabric stock is secured by the fabric engagement structures when the lid of the dispenser is in a closed configuration and the cutter assembly is configured to separate a sheet of the nonwoven fabric stock of a desired length.
ELASTIC HAIR TIE DISPENSER
The present invention provides an elastic hair tie material and an elastic hair tie dispenser for dispensing varying lengths of elastic hair tie material. More particularly, the present Elastic Hair Tie Dispenser device has been configured with a flexible cover, a pivoting cutting blade actuator and cutting blade to conveniently dispense elastic hair tie material of varying color, cut to any desired length by the user of the dispenser, to be worn by women or men to restrain their hair in many varying different stylish configurations and for varying purposes, and wherein the dispenser is refillable by either winding hair tie material onto a spool rotatably housed within the dispenser or inserting a new coil of hair tie material sold separately.
A TAPE DISPENSER, A TAPE DISPENSER KIT, A ROLL OF MASKING TAPE AND A TAPE DISPENSER OPERATING METHOD
This invention relates to a tape dispenser (TD) for applying masking tape for painting to an object (OB), comprising: a housing (H) for accommodating a roll (TR) of masking tape, said roll (TR) of masking tape having a width (W1) and carrying a certain length of masking tape; and a pressure surface (PS) for applying pressure to the object (OB) while a masking tape portion is present in between the pressure surface (PS) and the object (OB), said pressure surface (PS) having a length and a width (W2), and said pressure RE surface (PS) having an entry side (ENS) and an exit side (EXS), wherein the housing (H) and pressure surface (PS) are configured to CM1 guide masking tape from the roll (TR) of masking tape via the entry side (ENS) of the pressure surface (PS) along the pressure surface (PS) towards the exit side (EXS) of the pressure surface (PS) in a longitudinal direction of the pressure surface (PS), and wherein the tape dispenser (TD) further comprises: a first cutter (C1) for cutting masking tape between the roll of masking tape and the entry side of the pressure surface seen in longitudinal direction; and a second cutter (C2) for cutting masking tape downstream of the exit side of the pressure surface.
Strip cutting apparatus for diagnostic reagent kit
An apparatus for cutting diagnostic reagent strips includes first and second shafts with facing knife blades and spacers. A guide between the shafts ensures accurate, defect-free cutting. Adjusting screws fine-tune the shaft interval for enhanced cutting.
Elastic break brake apparatus and method for minimizing broken elastic rethreading
A series of elastic break brakes are provided throughout a travel path of elastics in a machine operation. Elastic strands thread through each individual brake mechanism, and if an elastic strand breaks downstream, a natural snap back of the elastic, which ordinarily travels through the system under tension, drives an immediately upstream cam mechanism back, and holds the elastic thread in place at the elastic break brake immediately upstream of the break as to minimize rethreading required downstream of the elastic break brake.
