A first deflecting roller engages, in a first portion of a conveying device, in a continuous conveying chain, continuous conveying belt, or the like, which moves from the loading station toward the unloading station when driven. A second deflecting roller engages, in a second portion of a conveying device, in the continuous conveying chain, continuous conveying belt, or the like, which moves from the unloading station toward the loading station when driven. The first drive unit is coupled in the region of the loading station and a second drive unit is coupled in the region of the unloading station to the continuous conveying chain, continuous conveying belt, or the like.

The present disclosure provides a combined refrigeration and heating device for food industry and a use method thereof. The combined device comprises a refrigeration device and a heating device connected through a waste heat recovery and utilization system. The heating device includes a heating cavity and a heating plate. A first conveyor belt is disposed in the heating cavity. A left end and a right end of the heating cavity are provided with a slanting cavity, respectively. The slanting cavity disposed at the right end of the heating device is provided with a second conveyor belt. A left end of the refrigeration device is provided with a slanting cavity. More than two blocking devices are disposed in the slanting cavity disposed at the left end and the right end of the heating device and the slanting cavity disposed at the left end of the refrigeration device.
Variable Food Product Cooker and Chiller
A food processing system is disclosed including a cooker including a first conveyor wherein food is cooked, a first chiller including a second conveyor wherein the food is chilled, a second chiller including a third conveyor wherein food is chilled, and a variable speed controller that controls the third conveyor to run at a different speed from the first conveyor. The first conveyor and the second conveyor preferably run at a same speed. The first chiller and the second chiller may be in fluid communication. In other aspects, the system further includes holes that allow the fluid to pass between the first chiller and the second chiller and flaps over the holes. The variable speed controller preferably ensures that the food exits the system with a pre-determined level of chilling, water weight, or both. Also, associated methods are disclosed.

A freezer having an inlet, an inlet portion having at least one inlet blower, an outlet, an outlet portion having at least one outlet blower, and a conveyor configured to transport products from the inlet to the outlet of the freezer; the inlet blower and the outlet blower configured to circulate gas or a gas and cryogen mixture to impinge onto products transported on the conveyor, wherein at least one of the at least one inlet blower and the at least one outlet blower is configured to be controlled independently of the other to provide no less than a neutral pressure condition at the inlet and outlet portions. A method for controlling gas flow within and minimizing air infiltration into such a freezer by controlling a speed of the inlet blower and the outlet blower independently to provide no less than a neutral pressure condition at the inlet and outlet portions.
PARTICLES OBJECT FREEZING DEVICE
A particles object freezing device includes a belt and an injection plate. The belt is configured to support conveyance of a particles object and has air permeability. The injection plate includes a plurality of injection holes configured to inject a cooling gas to the belt from below. Further, the belt includes a sliding portion configured to move while sliding on an upper surface of the injection plate in a traveling direction of the bell. Thus, the particles object freezing device is implemented where a flow of the cooling gas is stabilized.

A particles object freezing device includes an air-permeable belt configured to support conveyance of a particles object, and an injection plate which includes a plurality of injection holes configured to inject a cooling gas for fluidizing the particles object toward the belt from below. A first boundary between the first injection part and the second injection part is along a traveling direction of the belt.

INTEGRATED HEATING AND COOLING FOOD PROCESSING SYSTEM
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a food processing system that allows processed food that is sterilized and has a good texture to be identically provided on a large production scale. The food processing system is provided with: a heating unit equipped with a heating mechanism for indirectly heating food; a cooling unit equipped with a cooling mechanism for cooling the food heated by the heating unit; and a transfer unit for transferring the food through the heating unit and the cooling unit. The integrated food processing system according to the present invention allows a large amount of sterilized food having a good texture, good taste and long shelf life to be provided.
