A fishing net support system includes a boat mount configured to be mounted onto a boat hull. A linkage is attached to the boat mount. A receiver can receive a pole of a fishing net. The receiver is mounted on the linkage, such that the linkage allows pivoting between the boat mount and the receiver within a vertical plane.

A tackle box equipped with a fishing rod holder, configured to facilitate the resting of a fishing pole, even while in use, in a secure manner is described. The tackle box is equipped with an extendable support, equipped with a location in which an end of a handle of the fishing rod or pole may be placed. A rest is configured to extend up and away from a top and side of the tackle box, functioning as a fulcrum to aid the stability of the tackle box when holding a rod in an upright position. The rest is equipped with a V-shaped cutout in which a midsection of the handle of the fishing pole may securely rest. A lip of the extendable support maintains contact with the pole, counteracting the force applied to the rod by the fish, preventing the pole from toppling over. Weight of the tacklebox itself is employed to counteract the force exerted on the rod by the fish to maintain stability.

The mounting rails project from the upper side of the base thereby defining a recessed platform space therebetween.

An accessory for providing storage for a watercraft includes a base extending in a longitudinal direction having an upper side, a lower side, a front side, a rear side, a left side, and a right side and a plurality of mounting rails extending along a perimeter of the upper side of the base along the front side, the rear side, the left side, and rear side thereof. A combined portable fishing rod holder and storage stand includes a base and a plurality of holder units. The base includes anchoring apertures defined therein that are configured to receive anchoring mechanisms therethrough, such as stakes, pins, and other earth anchors that can secure within a ground surface. As such, the base of the combined apparatus is securable to a ground surface. In addition, the base includes a plurality of holder receipts that receive and retain the holder units. Each holder unit is designed to receive and retain an object, such as an assembled or disassembled fishing rod, therein. In addition, the holder units are designed to be secured to each other via cable ties. As such, one or more fishing rods can be secured within the combined holder and stand during storage, transportation, and use during fishing activities, without the need to use different products for each application.
