A convertible tube adapter including a top connection point, a shaft, a bottom connection point and a knob. The top connection point includes a plurality of connection contacts integrated on a first side of the top connection point, a fastener receiving surface integrated on a second side of the top connection point and an aperture incorporated between the plurality of connection contacts and the fastener receiving surface. The shaft is configured for insertion into a tube which is fixedly integrated into an object. The shaft includes a pair of bumpers located on each side, which each extends outward from a side surface of the shaft. The bottom connection point is attached to a bottom end of the shaft and includes a carve-out structure integrated into its rear surface which is configured to receive a mating pin positioned at the bottom of the tube to prevent the adapter from rotating in the tube. The adapter is configured to effectively convert the tube into a mount when the shaft is inserted into the tube by allowing an article to attach to the top connection point of the adapter.

Equipment carriers include a carrier box and an equipment holder that can be disposed on a vehicle and can be configured to store and transport equipment, such as fishing equipment. The carrier box can include a bottom portion and a lid portion, each defining a compartment within the carrier box. A clamp can be disposed in the carrier box and configured to secure equipment that extends through the carrier box. The clamp can comprise a securement latch to secure the equipment within the carrier box. The equipment holder can include notches configured to receive equipment that extends through the equipment holder and a lid portion configured to secure the equipment in the notches. The carrier box and equipment holder can be spaced apart from one another on a vehicle such that equipment extends between and is secured by both the equipment holder and the clamp disposed in the carrier box.

Equipment carriers include a carrier box and an equipment holder that can be disposed on a vehicle and can be configured to store and transport equipment, such as fishing equipment. The carrier box and equipment holder can be spaced apart from one another on a vehicle such that equipment extends between and is secured by both the equipment holder and the clamp disposed in the carrier box.

A rod holder is mounted on an upright or a horizontal structure to hold a rod, such as a fishing rod. A latch is pivotally mounted on a base with a pivot pin. The rod is received in a latch aperture to pivot the latch closed. The rod is removed from the latch aperture to pivot the latch open. An arcuate slot in the base or the latch is centered about the pivot axis. A limit pin is received in the arcuate slot to stop the latch in the open and closed positions. A base magnet and a latch magnet follow arcuate paths of the same radius. The latch magnet will pass over the base magnet as the latch pivots. Like poles of the base magnet and the latch magnet repel one another to hold the latch open or closed.

A rod holder is mounted on an upright or a horizontal structure to hold a rod, such as a fishing rod. A latch is pivotally mounted on a base with a pivot pin. The rod is received in a latch aperture to pivot the latch closed. The rod is removed from the latch aperture to pivot the latch open. A fishing rod holder device may include a cradle for cradling a portion of the fishing rod and defining a channel for receiving the portion of the rod, a saddle on the cradle and being configured to engage a portion of the reel of a fishing rod assembly when the rod of the fishing rod assembly is positioned in the cradle, and a rod retaining structure on the cradle and being configured to removably secure the rod of the fishing rod assembly in the cradle. The rod retaining structure may have a blocking condition and a releasing condition. The blocking condition may be characterized by the rod retaining structure blocking movement of a rod out of the channel, and the releasing condition may be characterized by the rod retaining structure permitting movement of the rod out of the channel.

A fishing rod holder device may include a cradle for cradling a portion of the fishing rod and defining a channel for receiving the portion of the rod, a saddle on the cradle and being configured to engage a portion of the reel of a fishing rod assembly when the rod of the fishing rod assembly is positioned in the cradle, and a rod retaining structure on the cradle and being configured to removably secure the rod of the fishing rod assembly in the cradle. The rod retaining structure may have a blocking condition and a releasing condition. The blocking condition may be characterized by the rod retaining structure blocking movement of a rod out of the channel, and the releasing condition may be characterized by the rod retaining structure permitting movement of the rod out of the channel.

A trash disposal accessory (1) for a cooler (3) removably attachable to a side of a cooler under a top cover (2), said accessory having an attachment bracket (4) having a top rim (5) with a n opening (6) a planar extension (10) and a perpendicularly attached handle (12) for insertion into a strap slot (11) of certain coolers. A bracket with a clamping handle (16) is provided for use with coolers without strap slots. The accessory has a trash holding bag (7) which is removably attached to the bracket by a draw cord (8) sewn around a top opening and which can be tightened or loosened through a cord lock (9).

A livewell assembly includes a main housing, a cover, an aerator, and a utility rail. The main housing includes a top opening and an interior. The interior is accessible via the top opening. The interior is configured to hold a volume of water and live bait. The cover is removably coupled to the main housing and is configured to close the top opening. The aerator is coupled to the main housing and is configured to provide a flow of air to the interior while the cover is coupled to the main housing and closes the top opening. The utility rail is coupled to an exterior of the main housing and is configured to couple an accessory. The utility rail is elongated and comprises a general C-shape cross-section.

A livewell assembly includes a main housing, a cover, an aerator, and a utility rail. The main housing includes a top opening and an interior. The interior is accessible via the top opening. The interior is configured to hold a volume of water and live bait. The cover is removably coupled to the main housing and is configured to close the top opening. The aerator is coupled to the main housing and is configured to provide a flow of air to the interior while the cover is coupled to the main housing and closes the top opening. The utility rail is coupled to an exterior of the main housing and is configured to couple an accessory. The utility rail is elongated and comprises a general C-shape cross-section.
