INERTIA BRAKING PAYOUT DEVICE AND PACKAGE SYSTEM
A payout device is provided, wherein the payout device can include a carton, a rotatable member, and a support assembly. The carton can include an opening providing an egress for elongated flexible material stored within an interior compartment, and the interior compartment can be cylindrical in a substantially horizontal direction around a rotatable member therein. The support assembly can have a slot for rotatably supporting the rotatable member, wherein the slot can have a generally teardrop shape with a larger diameter end, sized to allow the rotatable member to rotate therein, and a smaller diameter end, sized smaller than a circumference of the rotatable member. The rotatable member can be slidable between the larger and smaller diameter ends, and the slot can be positioned on the carton with the larger diameter end being in a position that is elevated and closer to the opening than the smaller diameter end.
INERTIA BRAKING PAYOUT DEVICE AND PACKAGE SYSTEM
A payout device that includes a carton, a rotatable member, and a slot is provided. The carton can include an opening that provides an egress for elongated flexible material stored within the carton. The rotatable member can be disposed within the carton, the rotatable member can have a circumference, and the elongated flexible material can be wound around the rotatable member. The slot can rotatably support the rotatable member, the slot can have a round shape that is larger than the circumference of the rotatable member, at least a portion of the rotatable member can be slidable within the slot between a payoff position and a braking position, the rotatable member can be rotatable within the slot when in the payoff position for dispensing the elongated flexible material from the opening in the carton, and the payoff position can be elevated relative to the braking position.
Display rack for showcasing a plurality of boxes that dispense a product stored therein
A display rack mountable on a shelf of a store for showcasing first and second display boxes and wound flexible tubing. The display rack comprises front and rear support members. The display rack further comprises first, second, and third open sidewall support members each having a first end engaged with the front support member and a second end engaged with the rear support member. The display rack further comprises a first stall formed between the first and second open sidewall support members. The first stall is adapted to receive the first display box. The display rack further comprises a second stall formed between the second and third open sidewall support members. The second stall is adapted to receive the second display box. The front and rear support members support the front and rear portions of the first and second display boxes, respectively.
WIRE DISPENSING STORAGE CONTAINER
A wire dispensing storage container includes a number of features. In one feature, the container includes two pairs of axel mounts, each pair of mounts configured to mount one axel that can extend through a central opening in a wire spool to mount the spool within the container while allowing the spool to rotate for dispensing of wire from the spool and the container by a worker. One pair of the mounts is configured to allow an axel and a spool carried thereon to be removed from the container and installed into the container by a worker via a horizontally facing, front opening in the container. The other pair of axel mounts is configured to allow another axel and a spool carried thereon to be removed from the container and installed into the container by a worker via a vertically upwardly facing top opening in the container.
Expanded slit sheet void fill dispensing systems and methods
The present invention provides void fill dispenser systems and methods that highly effectively enable the easy and usable creation of void fill with expanded slit sheet paper in a manner unattainable in the existing art. According to some illustrative embodiments, a void fill dispenser is provided that advantageously dispenses unique void fill in a manner not previously possible. In some embodiments, the void fill dispenser is made with a recyclable material, such as, e.g., a corrugated box made from paper. In some embodiments, the void fill dispenser is made with metal and/or other rigid and/or non-recyclable materials. In some embodiments, the void fill dispenser can comprise an automated metal dispensing system that dispenses expanded slit sheet paper particularly for void fill in an automated manner.
Cable supply system
A cable supply system includes a cable supply device supplying a cable, a cable buffer device storing a portion of the cable supplied from the cable supply device, and a control device controlling a cable storage amount of the cable buffer device. The control device controls the cable storage amount of the cable buffer device according to a cable supply speed of the cable supply device such that a cable output speed output from the cable buffer device is equal to a predetermined speed.
Carrier tape holding device, holder, and carrier tape package body
A component mounting device comprises a mounting head being configured to mount a component from a carrier tape onto a substrate, a component supply unit being configured to convey the carrier tape, a holder, and a carrier tape holding device providing a first storage space in communication with the holder. The carrier tape holding device is configured to perform operations comprising: holding the carrier tape that, when conveyed by the component supply unit, is pulled out from a tape roll body stored in the first storage space, having a tape roll body for replenishment stored in the holder; and receiving the tape roll body for replenishment from the holder when the carrier tape of the tape roll body for replenishment is conveyed by the component supply unit.
