The present invention is a bulk wire distribution cart configured to dispense bulk conductor wires and a single ground wire efficiently, safely and without slack or wire damage, directly from the cart to the electrical conduit.

A reel assembly includes a core, two flanges, and two end stands. The core defines a longitudinal axis and has two ends. Each of the flanges is coupled to one of the ends of the core, and at least one of the flanges includes a lock receiver. Each of the end stands is coupled to one flange, and at least one of the end stands includes a lock insert. The lock insert is configured to be inserted into the lock receiver in an axial direction. When the lock insert is within the lock receiver, contact between the lock insert and the lock receiver generates a frictional force against movement of the flanges relative to the end stands in a rotational direction orthogonal to the axial direction.

A soldering wire dispensing apparatus is provided and comprises a support frame with a motor is mounted therein. A motor axle extends from the motor and rotates upon activation of the motor. A dispenser spool is mounted within the support frame with a predetermined amount of solder wire. A dispensing axle extends from the dispenser spool. A connecting belt links the motor axle to the dispensing axle to rotate the dispensing axle with rotation of the motor axle. A flexible wire nozzle is positioned in and extends from the support frame. An adjustment housing is mounted to the support frame. An upright bar is slidably mounted within the adjustment housing. A lever is connected to the upright bar and extends through the adjustment housing. A connecting wire extends between the second end of the wire nozzle and the upright bar. Upon moving the lever downward, the connecting wire nozzle bends nozzle to a predetermined angle relative to the adjustment housing.

An apparatus for spooling wire including an inner flange assembly, wherein the inner flange assembly includes a first inner supporting wall and a second inner supporting wall, wherein the first inner supporting wall includes an inner locking hole. The apparatus including an outer flange assembly, wherein the inner flange assembly is capable of freely rotating relative to the outer flange assembly, and wherein the outer flange assembly includes a first outer supporting wall and a second outer supporting wall, wherein the first outer supporting wall includes an outer locking hole. The apparatus also including a locking plug for insertion into the inner and outer locking holes, wherein the inner flange assembly cannot freely rotate relative to the outer flange assembly when the locking plug is inserted into the inner and outer locking holes and wherein the locking plug, when inserted, extends between only one outer supporting wall and the adjacent inner supporting wall.

Disclosed is a reel support device including a separation member that separates a reel from a floor surface as the reel rolls and a support member that supports the reel at a separated position so that the reel is rotatable about its center.

A reel apparatus and method comprising an inner flange assembly, an outer flange assembly, and a bearing assembly coupled to the inner flange assemblies. The inner flange assembly is capable of freely rotating relative to the outer flange assembly. In another embodiment, wire is spooled from a reel assembly comprising an inner flange assembly and an outer flange assembly.

The present invention relates generally to a cable/wire dispenser apparatus, and a method of storage and onsite dispensing of cable/wire. More particularly, the invention encompasses an inventive cable/wire dispensing apparatus that is modular, portable, and easy to use. The inventive cable/wire dispenser apparatus can be easily removeably secured to the outside of a standard installation bucket without the need for any special tools or accommodations. The invention also provides a method of using the inventive cable/wire dispenser apparatus with existing vehicles that are used to install cables/wires in the industry. The cable/wire dispenser apparatus could be color coded so that multiple cable/wires could be secured to the dispenser apparatus during the installation process without the need for the installer to change dispenser trays or switch dispenser trays during cable/wire installation. The bucket mounting bracket can accommodate different types of mounting posts, and one or more cable/wire dispenser trays.

A quick spinner thread alignment apparatus consists of a two part adjustable mounting block comprised of an upper block and a lower block. An angle adjustment device is connected to the upper block and the lower block where the angle adjustment device adjustably secures the upper block at selected angles relative to the lower block. A thread support disk is rotatably connected with the mounting block. A thread saver is connected with the mounting block. A thread pole is connected with the thread support disk and a brake is connected with the thread support disk and the mounting block.
