Reciprocating wire feed welding system and method
A consumable filler metal delivery system includes a reciprocating wire feeding gear assembly configured to move a wire forward and backward with a net forward motion and a motor configured to drive the reciprocating wire feeding gear assembly, wherein the motor is configured to rotate only in one direction during operation of the consumable filler metal delivery system.
LOW TENSION APPLICATION COILER
The present invention is an apparatus, system, and method for a low tension application spooler and or coiler system that positively drives the material into the coil and or reel so that the tension is minimum during the winding process.

CABLE FEED CONTROL MECHANISM FOR DRAIN CLEANER
A drain cleaner including a cable configured to be inserted into a drain, a drum supporting the cable, a first motor operable to rotate the drum, and a cable feed control mechanism configured to feed the cable in a linear direction along a first axis. The cable feed control mechanism includes a second motor, a drive wheel rotatable by the second motor about a second axis that is perpendicular to the first axis, and a driven wheel rotatable about a third axis that is parallel to the second axis. The drive wheel and the driven wheel are configured to engage the cable to feed the cable along the first axis.

Wire feed mechanism
The wire feed mechanism includes a feed roll, a pressure roll, a pressure arm, and a pressure mechanism. The feed roll rotates around a rotation axis. The pressure roll is displaceable relative to the feed roll. The pressure arm has a first end and a second end that are separate from each other, and rotatably supports the pressure roll. The pressure mechanism engages with the pressure arm so that a pressure force is applied from the pressure roll to the feed roll with a wire held between the feed roll and the pressure roll. A force-receiving portion is provided at an end of the pressure arm. When the pressure roll presses the feed roll, the pressure mechanism applies a force to the force-receiving portion in a direction that is substantially parallel to the direction in which the wire is fed.

Portable rope guiding apparatus
A portable rope drive and guiding apparatus operable by a single user is disclosed. The apparatus includes a receptacle defined by a first side wall, a second side wall, a first end wall and a second end wall, with a vertical opening between a top edge and a bottom edge for receiving the rope. The apparatus further includes a powered drive wheel mounted between the first side wall and the second side wall, and having a friction-bearing outer perimeter to drive the rope through the receptacle. The apparatus further include a guide wheel mounted between the first side wall and the second side wall, opposite the drive wheel, the guide wheel having a concave outer perimeter that corresponds to and guides the rope through the receptacle as the rope is driven by the drive wheel.

Systems, Methods and Apparatus for Feeding Cable into Cable Processing Equipment
A system for processing an end of a cable. The system includes: a cable delivery system; a cable processing module; a pallet supported by the cable delivery system; a drive wheel rotatably coupled to the pallet; a motor operatively coupled for driving rotation of the drive wheel; and an idler wheel rotatably coupled to the pallet and forming a nip with the drive wheel. The cable processing module includes cable processing equipment configured to perform an operation on an end of a cable and a computer system. The computer system is configured to: (a) cause the drive wheel to rotate in a cable pushing direction to cause a specified length of cable to be inserted into the cable processing equipment; (b) activate the cable processing equipment to perform an operation on the inserted end of the cable; and (c) cause the drive wheel to rotate in a cable pulling direction to cause the specified length of cable to be removed from the cable processing equipment.
