Cable pushing device
A cable pushing device is an apparatus that efficiently pushes a cable into a pipe with minimal effort. The cable pushing device includes a frame, a first wheel assembly, a second wheel assembly, and a cable guide system. The frame upholds the first wheel assembly, the second wheel assembly, and the cable guide system. The first wheel assembly and the second wheel assembly press against the cable and push the cable into the pipe. The cable guide system positions both the cable and the pipe onto the frame and between the first wheel assembly and the second wheel assembly. The first wheel assembly and the second wheel assembly are aligned with each other such that as the second wheel assembly is rotated by a user, the first wheel assembly applies press onto the cable, opposite the second wheel assembly, and consequently pushes the cable into the pipe.
HAND ASSIST PUSHING TOOL FOR CABLES
A pushing tool for propelling cable into a duct. The pushing tool includes a drive wheel that is coupled with a base and a rotatable handle. A first cable guide and a second cable guide are configured to hold the cable. A duct guide is configured to hold the duct. Furthermore, a tension wheel is configured to interact with the drive wheel such that an orifice is formed between the tension wheel and the drive wheel, the orifice being configured to receive the cable. Upon rotation of the rotatable handle, the drive wheel interacts with the tension wheel to propel the cable into the duct.

Apparatus for remotely propelling a flexible lance into and out of a piping system
A compact flexible lance propelling apparatus is disclosed that is mountable on a pipe end. The apparatus includes a drive mechanism, an adaptable support that can be fastened directly to the pipe end which carries the drive mechanism, a remote control console, and a hose take-up drum spaced from the drive mechanism. The drive mechanism includes a driven roller and a follower roller sandwiching the flexible lance hose therebetween and a rotary cam lift mechanism for linearly raising the follower roller to permit insertion of the flexible lance hose and lowering the follower roller against the driven roller.
TRAVERSING UNIT, METHOD FOR OPERATING A TRAVERSING UNIT, AND WORKSTATION COMPRISING A TRAVERSING UNIT
A traversing unit for traversing a yarn with respect to a pair of delivery rollers of a workstation of a textile machine includes a yarn-guiding unit, a single traversing drive configured with the yarn-guiding unit, and a conversion element configured with the single traversing drive such a rotational movement () of the single traversing drive is converted into a linear, reciprocating movement of the yarn-guiding unit. The single traversing drive is a rotating motor. A sensor is disposed to detect at least a middle position of the yarn-guiding unit.
THREAD DISPENSING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a method and device for dispensing thread. The thread dispensing device comprises a transport unit having at least a first and a second transport element for a defined transport of the thread, a drive unit for driving the first and second transport element and a shifting unit for reversibly shifting the first transport element relative to the second transport element. The present invention further relates to a clipping machine and a method for producing sausage-shaped products, wherein the clipping machine comprises the inventive device for dispensing thread.

Tensioner for the controlled clamping and forward movement of an elongate element
A tensioner for the controlled clamping and forward movement of an elongate element, in particular for winding/unwinding a cable, a hose, a pipeline or an umbilical on a reception member. The tensioner comprises at least one frame that carries three guide boxes arranged around a passage axis. This tensioner comprises means for maneuvering these guide boxes, in particular second maneuvering means for the maneuvering in rectilinear, or at least substantially rectilinear, translation of lateral guide boxes, respectively in a direction defining an angle of between 115 and 125, and preferably between 118 and 122, with respect to said central plane. These second maneuvering means comprise at least one rocker element comprising a proximal end mounted so as to pivot on said frame and a distal end mounted so as to pivot on said lateral guide box, respectively about rotation axes extending parallel to said passage axis.
