HEATING APPARATUS
A heating apparatus, comprising a chamber body, a door body, a drawer, an electromagnetic wave generating system, and a slide rail assembly. The slide rail assembly comprises a fixed rail fixedly connected to the chamber body, and a slide portion capable of sliding along the fixed rail and fixedly connected to the drawer. The chamber body and the door body are each provided with an electromagnetic shielding feature. The slide portion is provided with at least one conductive connector. One end of each conductive connector is used to conductively connect to the electromagnetic shielding feature of the door body, and the other end is used to conductively connect to the fixed rail. Each conductive connector is fastened and conductively connected to the electromagnetic shielding feature of the door body by means of a fastener.
Radio frequency heating method and radio frequency heating device
A radio frequency heating method includes: cladding an object to be heated by using a surrounding medium, and performing radio frequency heating operation on the object to be heated clad by the surrounding medium, in which the surrounding medium is an alcoholic solution. In the radio frequency heating method according to the embodiments of the present application, by using the alcoholic solution as the surrounding medium to clad the object to be heated, heating uniformity of the object to be heated in a radio frequency heating process may be improved, edge corner energy concentration effect in the radio frequency heating process may be fully avoided, and then quality of the object to be heated after heating may be ensured.
Immersion systems and methods for washing and performing other tasks
Systems and methods for washing and thawing objects, such as vegetables and fruits, where large amounts of lifting of heavy items is minimized, complex and expensive pumping and manifold systems and structures are not required; and system cost and daily maintenance is reduced. The system includes a structure for holding a volume of fluid, a vertical motion structure driven by an electric motor or the like that raises and lowers a basket carrier between an elevated position and a lowered position. In the lowered position, one or more baskets are positioned on a basket carrier and are repeatedly lowered into and raised from the volume of fluid.
PROCESS FOR PREPARING BATTERED FOOD
A battering process for providing a battered food product including the steps of coating a food product with a predust and a dry batter prior to misting the food product with a combination of water, oil, and an emulsifier to form an edible coating on the food product. Setting the edible coating on the food product in a steam oven before thermally processing the food product, misting the edible coating on the food product with water, and freezing and packing the food product to be reheated.
