The present application relates to: an edible sheet comprising a joined sheet, which comprises at least one grain sheet containing grains and at least one seaweed sheet containing seaweed, and a moisture prevention layer, which comprises a moisture prevention material formed on at least a part of one side surface of the joined sheet and/or one surface of the joining part at which the grain sheet and the seaweed sheet are joined in order to form the joined sheet; and an edible sheet preparation method comprising: a joining step of forming a joined sheet by joining at least one grain sheet containing grains and at least one seaweed sheet containing seaweed; and a step of forming a moisture prevention layer comprising a moisture prevention material on at least a part of one side surface of the joined sheet and/or one surface of the joining part at which the grain sheet and the seaweed sheet are joined in order to form the joined sheet, and comprising the steps of: including a joined sheet in which at least one grain sheet containing grains and at least one seaweed sheet containing seaweed are joined; and forming a moisture prevention layer on at least a part of one side surface of the joined sheet.

MICRO-VIBRATION WAVE GENERATING DEVICE
A micro-vibration wave generating device includes: a power indicator circuit, a first transformer micro-vibration wave generating circuit, and a receptor. An input end of the power indicator circuit is connected to the power source; an input end of the first transformer micro-vibration wave generating circuit is connected with an output end of the power indicator circuit; the receptor is connected with an output end of the first transformer micro-vibration wave generating circuit. Micro-vibration waves generated by the transformer micro-vibration wave generating circuit can resonate with the waterolecules in the food, and thereby the water molecules form soft and non-spiky crystals of water molecules when they are frozen, which greatly reduces the damage to the food cells. Accordingly, the quality of the food is intact without mixing odors. The present invention can also be used in cooking deep fried food with almost no oil smoke produced.
Defrosting apparatus with defrosting operation monitoring and methods of operation thereof
A system and method for defrosting a load are presented. Radio frequency (RF) signals are supplied to a transmission path that is electrically coupled to one or more electrodes that are positioned proximate to a cavity to cause the one or more electrodes to radiate RF electromagnetic energy. An RF power value of the RF signal along the transmission path is periodically measured resulting in RF power values and a rate of change of the RF power values is determined. A low-loss indicator value is determined using the RF power values, wherein the low-loss indicator value is at least partially determined by a dielectric loss of a load in the cavity. A controller determines, using the rate of change of the RF power values and the low-loss indicator value, that the load is in a defrosted state and stops supplying the RF signals.

A method for conditioning a food in connection with a treatment, a processing, or the production of the food in an air environment in an open conditioning space, whereby a) climatic data influencing the food in the conditioning process are captured during the conditioning process in the surroundings of the food within the conditioning space, wherein, as climatic data, the conditioning variables of temperature, absolute water content and air pressure are captured as measured values and are compared with food-related setpoint values for the temperature change process, and b) if a deviation of the measured value from the setpoint value associated therewith is detected, the surroundings of the food in the conditioning space are influenced in order to adjust the measured value to the setpoint value.
