Wire-winding machine and method for winding a reel with juxtaposed coils
A wire-winding machine comprises a station for winding the wire into a reel comprising a spindle rotatable around an axis of rotation to draw the wire and a spool removably anchored on said spindle and enclosed between a starting stroke flange and an end stroke flange for winding the wire into a reel, and a counteracting tool adapted to operate against the last wound coil to keep the coils mutually juxtaposed. The counteracting tool is controlled by electrical moving means adapted to move it linearly and axially in the winding direction of the coils with a predetermined pitch for each revolution of the spindle.
REFUELING SYSTEM
A refueling system, comprising a drum rotatatable to wind and unwind a hose, a carriage guiding the hose and lineally displaceable along a shaft parallel to the longitudinal direction of the drum so as to follow the movement of the hose along the drum. The shaft allows the displacement of the carriage along its length. A motor is coupled to the carriage and displaces the carriage along the shaft. A first position sensor communicates with the carriage to obtain its position. A second position sensor communicates with the drum to obtain the position of the hose. A control system is coupled to the first and the second sensor, to compare their obtained positions and to operate the motor.
CABLE DRUM FOR SUPPLYING ENERGY TO AN ELECTRICALLY OPERATED UTILITY VEHICLE
A cable drum for supplying energy to an electrically operated utility vehicle includes an axially extending winding body, a winding drive for rotatably driving the winding body for reeling-up or unreeling an electric line, a spacing means for segmenting a winding layer reeled-up onto the winding body, and an air conveying means for generating cooling air through a passage region. The cooling air flows outward of the interior of the winding body. The passage region is kept clear between adjacent segments of the winding layer.
APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING STRING
The present invention relates to a string adjusting device. According to the present invention, there is provided a string adjusting device, including: a base unit including a base plate, a cylindrical lower housing provided on the base plate, and stop protrusions formed to protrude from an outer surface of the lower housing; and a rotation unit including a bobbin rotatably installed inside the housing and configured such that a string is wound therearound, a rotation head connected to one end portion of the bobbin, and an engagement member formed and provided inside the rotation head to be elastically deformable and configured to be caught on the stop protrusions.
