Apparatus for a drill powered wire puller are disclosed. In an embodiment the drill powered wire puller includes a center plate, a cradle plate, a housing, a support, the support including a receiver, and a capstan. The center plate is coupled with the cradle plate at a proximal end. The cradle plate includes a U-shaped notch and two hooks or catches which are configured to couple the cradle plate with a powered rotary tool, such as a drill. The right side of the center plate is coupled with a housing, the left side of the center plate is coupled with a support. The left side of the support is coupled with a capstan. The support laterally offsets the receiver to align a longitudinal axis of the receiver with a radially curved portion of the capstan.

This disclosure describes a high speed winch rewind adapter for quickly rewinding a loading strap. In one implementation, the adapter includes a body having a volume sized to at least partially surround an annular end of the winch. The annular end is coupled with a ratchet mechanism of the winch and having at least one hole for receiving a winch bar. A drive connector is positioned both within the volume of the body and external to the volume of the body, the drive connector external to the volume of the body having an external profile to receive a torque, and the drive connector within the volume of the body insertable into the annular end of the winch for alignment to the axis of rotation. A coupling mechanism synchronizes the drive connector to the annular end such that both the drive connector and the annular end rotate simultaneously.

An apparatus for the dispensing and retraction of wire or cable. The apparatus including a first and second plate, at least one shaft attached to the first plate and the second plate, a spool gear attached to the shaft, a power gear shaft attached to the first or second plate, and a power gear attached to the power gear shaft and in mesh with the spool gear, wherein when the power gear is rotated, the spool gear is rotated.

Cord winding apparatuses and methods for making and using same. In some examples, the cord winding apparatuses can include a spool support rod configured to extend through an orifice of a spool. The spool support rod can include external threads and can be configured for driving into ground covering. The cord winding apparatus can also include a first flange plate fixed to the spool support rod, and a second flange plate having internal threads that are configured to engage the external threads of the spool support rod. The second flange plate can be used for securing the spool to the spool support rod and for connection to a driver for rotational movement for winding cords.

The present invention is a system for spooling flexible cord, having a spooler body with a central attachment cavity, an arbor connected to said spooler body, a plurality of projections emanating outward from a surface of said arbor, whereby said system is constructed and arranged to rotate and spool said cord.

The housing comprises a lower portion and a housing port disposed at a radially outer end of the housing. An apparatus for removing flexible filament from a spool. The apparatus includes a spool body and an end cap with a tension arm. It is designed to be inserted into a drill chuck and filament like fishing line is wound about the spool body and tension arm. After the line is wound, the end cap and tension arm piece is removed from the spool body and the line is removed.

Disclosed is a wire puller for pulling wire such as electrical wire. The wire puller includes substantially parallel first and second supports, at least one adjustable roller adjustably attached to the first and second supports, a capstan support attached to the first and second supports, a capstan attached to the capstan support, a hook support attached to the first support second supports, a hook engaged with the hood support, and a brace attached to the first and second supports. Also disclosed is a method of pulling a wire using the wire puller.
