Machine tool having cable guide apparatus

A cable guide apparatus including a guide apparatus, a slide movably guided in the guide apparatus, a deflection roller connected to the slide, a first tension weight, a cable pull apparatus which connects the first tension weight to the slide guided in the guide apparatus, wherein the connection cable has a free end and a fixed end connected to a connection apparatus and extends over the deflection roller, a second tension weight and a second guide apparatus in which the tension weights are each movably guided, such that the connection cable extending over the deflection roller is preloaded in a first displacement region of the free end by a force generated by the weight force of the first tension weight and is preloaded in a second displacement region of the free end by a force generated by a total of the weight forces of the tension weights.

Cable storage

A cable storage has a stationary first deflection roller system, a second deflection roller system which is linearly movable relative to the first deflection roller system, and an electric cable which is looped around the first deflection roller system and the second deflection roller system. The cable storage has a mast on which the first deflection roller system and the second deflection roller system are arranged, and the cable storage has a base frame and a bolt connection arrangement. The bolt connection arrangement is oriented in a width direction of the base frame and formed on both sides of the mast for a releasable connection between the mast and the base frame. The bolt connection arrangement is formed on a mast foot, on both sides of the mast.

A guiding chain carrier system (1) is configured for an installation (2), for deploying and for storing without folding said guiding chain and flexible supply cables and/or pipelines. Said guiding chain carrier system comprises a mobile workstation (6) movable over a work surface (3) and connected to the said cables and/or pipelines, at least one guiding chain (20), connected to a static connection area (7) on one end and to the mobile workstation (6) on the other end thereof, for supporting said cables and/or pipelines; characterized by at least one compensation trolley (8), comprising a compensation system. Said compensation trolley (8) is movable and the compensation system is able to generate a resistance force in order to maintain the guiding chain (20) straight while the mobile workstation (6) moves from an operation location nearest the static connection area (7) until an operation location furthest from the static connection area (7).

Flexible element tensioning mechanism

Various embodiments relate to an apparatus for flexible element management including a first element; a second element, wherein the second element is movable relative to the first element; a flexible element extending between the first element and the second element; and a tensioning element in contact with the flexible element. Various embodiments disclose an apparatus for flexible element management that may be incorporated in sliding, hinging, and various other movement patterns. Various embodiments disclose an apparatus for management of electrical wiring between two elements, which may include, but are not limited to, a display screen and a housing for electrical components, a memory compartment and a computer, and a power supply and a computer.

MOTORIZED CABLE RETRACTOR

A cable retractor includes a housing. A motorized drive section within the housing urges at least a segment of cable past the drive section. A circular chamber within the housing, including a circular spindle at a center, holds at least another segment of cable. The at least another segment of cable loops around the spindle. The motorized drive section urges the cable in one direction to draw the at least another segment of the cable from the circular chamber, past the motorized drive section, and through an external opening in the housing to outside the housing. The motorized drive section and urges the cable in an opposing direction to draw the at least another segment through the external opening from outside, past the motorized drive section, into the circular chamber, and around the circular-shaped spindle, then looping around itself in a circular manner.
