A cord reel has a housing made from a first sidewall and a second sidewall that are detachable and form a spool-receiving cavity. A spool is disposed within the spool-receiving cavity of the housing. A first port is formed in the first side of the housing and a first length of cord extends from the housing via the first port. A second port is defined by cooperating recesses in the first sidewall and the second sidewall and a second length of cord that is wound around the spool retractably extends out of the second port. One or both of a side weather guard and a cord weather guard are installed to protect the cord reel against weather. The side weather guard is mounted to the first sidewall and covers the first port, and the cord weather guard is mounted between the first and second sidewalls to cover the second port.

Hose telescopic device with locking structure

The present disclosure discloses a hose telescopic device with a locking structure, including: a hose, a receiving assembly and a locking structure, wherein one end of the hose is received in the receiving assembly, and the other end of the hose passes through the receiving assembly and the locking structure successively, and the locking structure includes a locking seat, the locking seat being provided with several locking pawls having elasticity, the locking pawls being used for locking the hose, and the locking seat being sheathed with a locking piece used for tightening or loosening the locking pawls. The locking seat is sheathed with a locking piece for tightening or loosening the locking pawls, and the locking pawls lock the hose, to provide a hose telescopic device with a locking structure, which is convenient for locking the hose after drawing, and expands the scope of application for drawing hose.

Reusable Barrier Tape Device
20250305226 · 2025-10-02 ·

A reusable barrier tape device for extending a reusable barrier tape around an area and retracting the reusable barrier tape onto a reel includes a spool rotatably coupled to a housing. A tape is coiled around the spool. The spool is rotatable to selectively extend and retract the tape from the housing. The tape has an inner end loop that is removably coupled to the spool and an outer end loop that is distally positioned relative to the inner end loop. A clip is coupled to the outer end loop of the tape. The clip is openable wherein the clip is configured to facilitate securement of the tape to an external structure when the tape is wrapped around the external structure. A crank is operably engaged with the spool wherein rotation of the crank rotates the spool.

Pet leash
12414547 · 2025-09-16 · ·

A twin pet leash prevents tangling by permitting the reel portion to rotate relative to the handle portion, and features individually controllable leash stop mechanisms. Even while an individual leash is stopped, the reel portion can rotate relative to the handle portion so that tangling of the pet leashes is avoided. The leash handle portion has two triggers that are color coded to match the color of the leash, so that a user can readily identify which of the two leashes are to be stopped. A ball bearing and/or a point contact reduces rotational friction on the reel portion while one or both of the brakes are activated.

Method for winding a cable onto a cable reel
20250313428 · 2025-10-09 ·

A method for winding a cable (12) onto a cable reel (22) includes providing a cable reel (22) having a drum (24) arranged between two end flanges (28, 30). The drum (24) has a longitudinal axis (26), and the cable is placed (12) on the drum (24) to form a plurality of continuous helical windings (32) on the drum (24). Consecutive windings (32) are directly adjacent to each other, where main bending axes (34) of the continuous helical windings (32) and the longitudinal axis (26) of the drum (24) enclose an offset angle () greater than zero.

Cable guiding assembly

A cable guiding assembly is mounted to a cable guide seat and for extension of a cable therethrough, and includes first and second housings, a pivot connecting unit and a locking mechanism. The pivot connecting unit includes first and second pivot connecting portions disposed on and pivotably connected to the first and second housings, respectively, such that the first housing is pivotable relative to the second housing between a close position, where the first and second housings cooperatively define an accommodating space and permit the cable to extend therethrough, and an open position that permits the cable to be installed to and removed from the cable guiding assembly. The locking mechanism includes first and second locking units disposed respectively on first and second housings, respectively opposite to the first and second pivot connecting portions and detachably engaging each other to secure the first housing at the close position.

Micro-adjustable rotary closure

Various embodiments of a system and associated methods for an improved rotary closure for tensioning a tensioned lacing element are disclosed herein. In particular, the improved rotary closure includes an adjuster component in association with a tensioning component to incrementally counter-rotate the tensioning component and a tensioned cylindrical device, enabling micro-adjustment of the rotary closure without complete de-tensioning of the tensioned cylindrical device.

Site light

A site light including a body, a handle assembly coupled to the body and including one or more handle portions, an arm having a first end fixedly coupled to the body and a second end opposite the first end to define an arm length therebetween, where the second end of the arm is movable relative to the body to adjust the arm length. The site light also includes a light assembly coupled to and movable together with the second end of the arm relative to the body where the arm defines an arm axis, and where the handle assembly surrounds the arm axis.
