Cable laying method using cable laying apparatus capable of changing direction of cable
Provided is a cable laying method using a cable laying apparatus capable of changing a direction of a cable, the cable laying method including: (A) installing a frame unit; (B) arranging a trailer bogie loaded with a cable drum inside the frame unit without additional loading work; (C) rotating the cable drum, which is loaded in the trailer bogie, by an under roller part; (D) changing a withdrawal direction of a cable unwound from the cable drum by a traverse part of the frame unit; (E) supplying the cable, the withdrawal direction of which is changed by the traverse part, to a cable unwinding part located at the rear of the traverse part; and (F) supplying the cable passing through the cable unwinding part to a required place through a curvature guide part located at the rear of the cable unwinding part, wherein the traverse part is configured to change a direction of the cable withdrawn in a radial direction of the cable drum to an axial direction of the cable drum.
MEDIUM PROCESSING DEVICE AND MEDIUM TRANSACTION DEVICE
A medium processing device includes: a drum that is rotatably supported, that rotates around a rotation axis, and that winds a medium around a peripheral side surface thereof; a first tape that winds the medium sandwiched between the peripheral side surface and the first tape, accompanying rotation of the drum; a movable guide that is movable following a drum diameter of the drum, which changes depending on a winding amount of the medium, and that guides the medium; and a first static electricity elimination section that is provided at the movable guide, that abuts the first tape, and that performs static electricity elimination of an electric charge of the charged first tape.
RETRACTABLE RETAINING DEVICES AND RELATED SYSTEMS, APPARATUS, AND METHODS
A retaining device assembly. The retaining device assembly may include an attachment element. The retaining device assembly may further include a housing coupled to the attachment element. The housing may include a self-winding reel. The retaining device assembly may further include a line coupled to the housing through the self-winding reel. The retaining device assembly may also include a releasable coupling coupled between the line and the attachment element.
Self-retracting reel
A retractable reel system includes a reel, a gear assembly, a paddle wheel and a spring. The reel includes a concentric wheel shaft where the reel and wheel shaft rotate to wind and unwind a length of material from the reel. The gear assembly engages with an end of the wheel shaft to provide a gear reduction ratio between the wheel shaft and an output shaft of the gear assembly. The paddle wheel is connected to and concentric with the output shaft, and the paddle wheel includes a paddle that extends beyond an outer edge of the paddle wheel that rotates with the paddle wheel. The spring is arranged outside the outer edge of the paddle wheel. The spring is compressed by the paddle to store an energy when the reel is rotated to unwind the length of material from the reel. The stored energy is used to rotate the reel to wind the length of material around the reel.
SPOOL AND LACING MODULE PROVIDED WITH SAME
A spool includes a shaft, a trunk portion, and an upper lid portion. The shaft rotates around a central axis extending vertically. The trunk portion has a lower portion connected with the shaft, a radially outer surface wound with a string material, and an upper surface having a groove portion disposed with the string material. The upper lid portion is disposed on the upper surface of the trunk portion. One of the trunk portion and the upper lid portion has an engagement protrusion portion protruding in an axial direction, and the other has a first recess portion which is recessed in the axial direction and engaged axially with the engagement protrusion portion disposed inside. The upper lid portion covers at least a part of the groove portion.
End effector device, robotic hand device, and robotic device
An end effector device includes a housing, a cable, and a winding mechanism. The cable includes at least one of lines that include a power supply line and a signal line. The winding mechanism is located inside the housing and configured to wind the cable. The winding mechanism includes a case, a reel, and a spiral spring. The reel is supported in the case and allowed to rotate and wind the cable. The spiral spring urges the reel in a retrieval direction of the cable pulled out of the reel.
Self-Retracting Device and Axle Therefor
A self-retracting device includes a housing assembly having a first housing cover removably connectable to a second housing cover. The self-retracting device further includes a rotatable hub received within an interior of the housing assembly and having a line associated therewith, and retraction member received within an interior of the housing assembly between the rotatable hub and the first housing cover. The self-retracting device further includes an axle having a first end fixedly but removably connected to the first housing cover, a body extending through the retraction member and the rotatable hub, and a second end in engagement with at least a portion of the rotatable hub.
Hose Reel
A hose reel includes a frame, a spool supported on the frame for rotation relative to the frame, a motor supported on the frame to provide motive power to the spool, a level wind device supported on the frame to guide a hose during winding and unwinding; the level wind device being selectively linked to the rotation of the spool and including a disengagement clutch for selectively decoupling the operation of the level wind device from the rotation of the spool. The hose reel may be selectively operated to provide a power-out assist during unwinding that provides a power level to the motor less than a threshold power necessary to drive the spool in the unwinding direction.
CORD WINDER DEVICE
A number of illustrative variations may include a cord winder device that may include a housing that may include a first segment and a second segment. The product may further include a roller assembly positioned between the first segment and the second segment. The cord winder device may further include a lever assembly positioned between the first segment and the second segment. The cord winder device may further include a handle assembly in mechanical communication with the roller assembly. The cord winder device may be constructed and arranged to feed out or retract in cord, hose, cable, or the like.
ACTIVE BALANCING SEED LIFT
A crystal growing system includes a rotating seed lift assembly to rotate and lift a seed crystal supported by a cable. The seed lift assembly includes a spool that rotates to wrap the cable around the spool, thus raising the cable. As the spool rotates, it moves in an axial direction to avoid displacing the cable in the axial direction. A leadscrew in a counterweight assembly is mechanically coupled to the spool via a coupling (e.g., a sprocket-and-chain coupling coupled to the spool spindle). As the spool rotates, the leadscrew thus rotates at a rate proportional to the spool's rate of rotation. A movable counterweight driven by the leadscrew is thus driven to move in a direction opposite the axial direction (e.g., opposite the movement of the spool). The counterweight assembly is thus configured to offset center-of-mass changes that would have otherwise been introduced by movement of the spool.
