An over-the-range microwave appliance includes a pot filler water dispenser for dispensing water to a vessel situated on a cook top below the microwave. The microwave includes a pot filler housing adjacent a cooking cavity that creates a recess into which the pot filler is housed that is not visible from the front of the appliance. The pot filler includes a dispensing hose or conduit that is retractable or retractably mounted within the pot filler housing recess. The dispensing hose is biased into a stowed position and can be pulled against the bias to place the dispensing hose into a deployed condition, thereafter returning to its stowed position.

A high-speed stroke-type moving device for an elongate flexible body having at least one supply line. The device has a guideway for guided displacement of the body, having a spiral portion, in which at least part of the body is compactly accommodatable in a plurality of spaced tracks which are not in mutual contact and extend substantially spirally inwards. The invention provides that the body has a line guideway for the at least one supply line. According to the invention, the line guideway here has a first sub-portion which is guided in the spiral portion and an unguided second sub-portion having a first end which is connected at the end to the first sub-portion and a second end which is connected at the end to a rotary feedthrough for the at least one supply line. A corresponding device having an energy chain is furthermore disclosed.

An automatic line reel includes a flexible line wound onto a motor-driven reel assembly. A processor controlling the motor detects contact pressure between the flexible line and a triangular pressure transducer, automatically extending the flexible line when the contact pressure exceeds a preset threshold. Line extension stops when contact pressure falls below a second preset threshold. The flexible line may be retracted and rewound around the reel assembly by activation of a switch on a wireless remoted control, by a switch on the automatic line reel, or by activation of a smart phone application program in data communication with the processor controlling the reel assembly. A reel assembly is optionally configured to maintain uninterrupted fluid communications through the automatic line reel as the reel assembly rotates. The reel assembly may optionally be configured to maintain uninterrupted electrical signal communication through the automatic line reel.

A touchless cleaning assembly for cleaning a room in a touch-less manner includes a cabinet is recessed into a wall of a room. A plurality of hose reels is positioned in the cabinet and each of the hose reels includes a hose that is drawable outwardly from the cabinet for spraying a fluid for cleaning surfaces in the room, for blowing air to dry the surfaces and to vacuum the surfaces. An air compressor is positioned within the cabinet to direct compressed air into a respective hose reel to dry the surfaces. A vacuum is positioned within the cabinet to supply vacuum pressure to the a respective hose reel for suctionally removing the fluid from a floor of the room.

A display device is disclosed. The display device of the present disclosure may comprise: a flexible display panel; a roller which elongates and on or from which the display panel is wound or unwound; a first frame to which one end of the roller is rotatably coupled; a second frame to which the other end of the roller is rotatably coupled and faces the first frame with respect to the roller; and a door assembly which is positioned to be adjacent to the distal end of the display panel unwound from the roller, and is pivotably connected to the first frame and the second frame.

A tape measuring device includes a housing having an aperture, a reel assembly disposed in the housing, a tape having a first end operably coupled to an end hook and configured to extend from the housing through the aperture and having a second end configured to be wound on the reel assembly, and a retraction assembly configured to interface with the reel assembly to enable the tape, after extension from the housing, to be wound onto the reel assembly. The retraction assembly includes a crank operably coupled to the reel assembly to turn the reel assembly responsive to rotation of the crank, and includes a knob operably coupled to the crank via a knob hinge. The knob hinge is rotatable between a closed position for storage or transport and an open position for operation of the retraction assembly, and is configured to be retained in each of the open position and the closed position.

A drive assembly for a tool with a rotatable crank and a reel may include a carrier operably coupled to the reel, a stress relief plate interposed between the carrier and the crank and configured to operably couple the carrier to the crank, and mating surfaces disposed on the carrier, the stress relief plate, and the crank in a stacked arrangement to distribute stresses and increase maximum torque capacity of the drive assembly.

The disclosure relates to a winding device for winding a rope onto a rope drum rotatable about a rotation axis. The winding device includes a rope guide for feeding the rope to the rope drum. The rope guide has a pivoting arm having a longitudinal axis and has a deflection element. The pivoting arm is pivotable about a pivot axis. The deflection element is disposed on the pivoting arm. The winding device is conceived such that the rope when being wound onto the rope drum passes the pivoting arm before the deflection element. The rope guide includes a delimitation element. The delimitation element is disposed such that a pivoting movement of the pivoting arm about the pivot axis is limited to a critical angular range (Δ). The deflection element is tiltable about a tilting axis. The tilting axis extends along the longitudinal axis of the pivoting arm.

A system and apparatus for autonomously fueling a surface water vessel such as an unmanned surface vehicles (USV). A fueling system is secured to the dockside of a land secured or waterborne fueling station. The fueling system has a hose reel, a hose pusher and mooring whip for extending the hose out of the water for access to the surface water vessel. The vessel is equipped with an actuated arm that pivots between a closed position and an open position to capture the hose and connect the nozzle of the hose to the fuel tank of the vessel. The fuel tank has an interface with a mounting plate, nozzle interface and electromagnets that pull, positively locate, and hold the nozzle into the nozzle interface to access the fuel tank and to fuel the vessel.
