Combination for transporting spacers for cigarette packs
A pallet for transporting spacers for cigarette packs is disclosed, in which each spacer comprises a substantially rectangular flat body on which at least one through hole is obtained, the spacers being insertable in cartons for cigarette packs for spacing out packs with dimensions smaller than the standard dimensions, the pallet comprising vertical elements configured to insert the through holes of the spacers stacked on one another, the holes of the spacers of a stack being vertically aligned with each other so that each vertical element is inside the aligned holes of the spacers.
APPARATUS FOR APPLYING NOISE REDUCER ELEMENTS TO TYRES FOR VEHICLE WHEELS
Apparatus for applying noise reducing elements to tyres for vehicle wheels. The apparatus includes a loading station of stacks of noise reducing elements, an extraction station of noise reducing elements from each stack placed downstream of the loading station, and a conveyor placed downstream of the extraction station and extending along a predefined path. The conveyor is configured for supporting and advancing in a row the noise reducing elements extracted from the stacks which are then applied to a radially inner surface of the tyres. The extraction of each of the noise reducing elements contemplates: retaining a first noise reducing element placed at the base of a stack; raising the remaining noise reducing elements of the stack from the first noise reducing element; moving away the first noise reducing element according to a set path; and lowering the remaining noise reducing elements of the stack.
Method For Transporting Spacers For Cigarette Packs
A method for transporting spacers for cigarette packs is disclosed, each spacer comprising a substantially rectangular flat body, the spacers being insertable in cartons for cigarette packs to space out packs with dimensions smaller than the standard dimensions, said method comprising the step of arranging the spacers, stacked on one another, on a transport pallet, on each spacer being provided at least two through holes, the through holes of the spacers of a stack being vertically aligned with each other so that a vertical element of the transport pallet is inside the through holes of the spacers of the stack.
Method and system for stacking printed substrates
An example stacking system comprises a stacking member movable between a first position in which the stacking member is configured to partially support a first stack of printed substrates, and a second position in which the stacking member is disengaged from the first stack. A receptacle positioned below the stacking member is configured to hold a second stack of printed substrates. A controller is configured to cause the stacking member to move between the first position and the second position when the first stack satisfies a criterion, thereby depositing the first stack into the receptacle on top of the second stack.
METHOD OF MOVING A STACK OF PRODUCTS BY USE OF A ROBOT
A method moves a stack of products by a robot. The robot has an articulated arm and at least one gripper disposed on the articulated arm to grip the stack of printed products and the stack of products selectively being turned. The method includes pivoting the stack of products through an effective angle α1< >180° and subsequently pivoting the stack through an effective angle α2=180°−α1 or pivoting the stack back through an effective angle α2=−α1. This method of moving stacks of products is performed in an automated way and in particular of depositing them in a turned or unturned arrangement.
MEDIUM EJECTION APPARATUS
A medium ejection apparatus including: a placement mount on which media are placed; a medium-leading-edge position restriction part that moves between a restriction position at which the restriction part restricts a position of a leading edge portion of a medium ejected toward the placement mount with reference to an ejection direction of the medium and a retracted position retracted from the restriction position; and a medium position control unit that controls the medium-leading-edge position restriction part such that the medium-leading-edge position restriction part performs a leading-edge restriction operation of moving from the retracted position to the restriction position and moving from the restriction position to the retracted position when the medium-leading-edge position restriction part and an upper surface of a medium are not in contact with each other.
Device and method for the alignment of a book block consisting of single sheets and/or signatures
A device for alignment of a book block consisting of single sheets and/or signatures is useable in a processing machine, in which manufacturing of books or printed products is carried out. The device is arranged upstream of a first processing station within the processing machine. The book block is feedable directly or indirectly into the device automatically or by hand. An alignment station has a base plate with a substantially vertically extending stop surface at an end thereof. The base plate has a movable part configured to carry out a movement with respect to the stop surface such that the movement of the movable part, in an operative connection to the stop surface, brings about an alignment of the single sheets and/or signatures at a book block edge, and such that, following alignment, the book block is grippable by at least one transport clamp for processing.
Sheet container, sheet conveying device incorporating the sheet container, and image forming apparatus incorporating the sheet conveying device
A sheet container includes a bottom plate, a regulating body, and a holding body. The bottom plate is disposed movable and has a bottom plate-side contact portion. The regulating body regulates a position of a trailing end of a sheet. The holding body has a holding body-side contact portion and to hold the regulating body. The bottom plate and the holding body have a gap between the bottom plate-side contact portion of the bottom plate and the holding body-side contact portion of the holding body in a state in which the bottom plate is not rotated. The bottom plate-side contact portion of the bottom plate and the holding body-side contact portion of the holding body contact with each other along with rotation of the bottom plate. The holding body moves to a downstream side in a sheet feeding direction in conjunction with the rotation of the bottom plate.
Magazine for Temporarily Storing Flat-Folded and Upright Standing Package Sleeves for Supplying a Downstream Filling Machine with the Package Sleeves
A magazine for temporarily storing at least one package sleeve group having a plurality of flat-folded and upright standing package sleeves and for equipping an unfolding device for the package sleeves following the magazine is represented and described, comprising a supply side supplying the package sleeves, a removal side arranged in a transport direction of the package sleeve group behind the supply side and at least one transport unit movable forwards and backwards along the transport direction to transport the package sleeve group from the supply side to the removal side. In order to ensure the uniform supply of the subsequent unfolding device and therefore to increase the productivity of the subsequent filling machine and also to achieve a constructively simple and simultaneously cost-effective configuration of the magazine, which can also be flexibly applied to different package sleeve sizes, it is proposed that the transport unit has at least two slide elements, arranged opposite one another and in each case resting at least partially on one side of the package sleeves, to align the package sleeves.
