Oven with Smoke Supply
The present invention relates to an oven comprising: a first and a second chamber and one heater per chamber to heat a gas which cooks a product, at least one gas circulation means, which establishes a gas circulation in one chamber, endless conveyor means for transporting products from an inlet through the chambers to the outlet, wherein the conveyor means are at least partially arranged in a helical path, separation means to separate the first and second chamber, wherein the conveyor means pass through the separation means, natural smoke gaseous supply which supplies gaseous smoke to at least one of the chambers, wherein the smoke supply is provided upstream from the circulation means.
Systems and methods for cutting and cooking a substance
Systems and methods for cutting and cooking a substance are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: convey, via a primary conveying subsystem, a layer of food substance along a conveyance path along which the layer of food substance is conveyed; cut, via a cutter, the layer of food substance into food pieces; apply, via a primary pressurized fluid outlet, primary pressurized fluid such that the food pieces are released from the cutter; heat, via the heating mechanism, a chamber; apply, via a secondary pressurized fluid outlet, secondary pressurized fluid so that the food pieces are held flat to the primary conveying substrate, and hold, via a secondary conveying subsystem, the layer of food substance flat between the primary conveying substrate and a secondary conveying substrate for at least a portion of the chamber.
CONNECTED FOOD PREPARATION SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
A connected oven, including a set of in-cavity sensors and a processor configured to automatically identify foodstuff within the cooking cavity, based on the sensor measurements; and automatically operate the heating element based on the foodstuff identity.
CONTAINER INCLUDING AGITATOR FOR MICROWAVE SOUS VIDE FUNCTION
A microwave oven container may include a body for containing a liquid, an agitator projecting through a bottom wall of the body to agitate the liquid contained in the body, where the agitator includes a first end located in the body and a second end located exterior to the body. The second end of the agitator is able to couple with a turntable drive of a microwave oven to power movement of the agitator in response to rotation of the turntable drive. The container may also include a cage located within the body that substantially surrounds the first end of the agitator and includes a plurality of openings to allow liquid contained in the body to pass through the cage.
Baking drawer and method of circulating air within the baking drawer
A baking drawer includes an oven cavity and a drawer assembly movable relative to the oven cavity between an extended position, where the drawer assembly is accessible by a user, and a retracted position, where the drawer assembly is located within the oven cavity. The drawer assembly has a bottom wall, two opposing sidewalls and a rear wall. A first vent is formed in the bottom wall, and a second vent is formed in the rear wall. The vents allow air to flow into and out of a ventilated region delineated by the bottom wall, the two sidewalls and the rear wall.
Connected food preparation system and method of use
A connected oven, including a set of in-cavity sensors and a processor configured to automatically identify foodstuff within the cooking cavity, based on the sensor measurements; and automatically operate the heating element based on the foodstuff identity.
Indoor smoker
An indoor smoker includes a cabinet including an exhaust duct, a smoking chamber, a firebox, and a bypass duct extending between the firebox and the exhaust duct. The indoor smoker further includes a system of dampers and check valves to regulate the flow of smoke and air within the indoor smoker. A controller may regulate these features to terminate a smoking process by asphyxiating the combustible material and evacuating the smoking chamber, to pause a process by evacuating the smoking chamber while permitting bleed air into the smoldering chamber, or to continue a normal smoking operation.
METHOD FOR PROCESSING GINSENG WITH ULTRA-HIGH PRESSURE
The present invention relates to a method for processing ginseng at an ultra high pressure, and more particularly, to a method for processing ginseng that is capable of processing the ginseng, which is immersed and packed, at an ultra high pressure. The method for processing ginseng includes the steps of: preparing washed ginseng; liquid-packaging the ginseng into a pouch; and treating the liquid-packaged ginseng with ultra-high pressure at a pressure of 550 to 600 MPa for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
Textured Hot Dog and a Method to Manufacture a Flat Dog
A method of producing a hot dog-like product that is flat and textured on both the exterior and cut face surface area of the product following slicing or cutting. This unique method of manufacturing a hot dog allows for a textured exterior made by producing the raw product in a flexible, permeable, casing that is covered with netting or other material to produce a texture on the exterior surface of the product. This is then stripped off using another process of coating the casing with an easy peel spray that allows the casing to be removed leaving a smooth hot dog like exterior surface. When the log is cut, we utilize a second unique process of cutting it with a textured blade to produce a textured surface area on either the top and/or bottom or both top and bottom of the product.
