DENESTING APPARATUS
The present invention provides a denesting apparatus (100, 200), the apparatus comprising: ⋅—one or more closed loop conveying tracks (130, 230), each closed loop conveying track comprising a plurality of sets of one or more de-stacking means (140, 240) movingly configured thereon through one or more de-stacking means moving mechanism (150, 250); ⋅—one or more stacking magazines (120, 220), each adapted to hold a stack of sheets (110, 210) supported thereon; wherein each of the plurality of sets of de-stacking means is adapted to selectively engage an uppermost sheet from at least one of the stacking magazines in any desired order either sequentially and/or simultaneously so as to discharge the picked-up sheets onto an out-feed conveyor (180, 280) in any desired manner either one besides another or otherwise one overlapping the other.
SECONDARY BATTERY CELL SUPPLY APPARATUS FOR PROCESS OF FOLDING SECONDARY BATTERY CELL
There is provided a secondary battery cell supply apparatus for a process of folding a secondary battery cell, including: a first device configured to grip a secondary battery cell for a cell folding process received in a tray and raise the secondary battery cell for a cell folding process vertically upward; a second device configured to grip the secondary battery cell for a cell folding process gripped by the first device and transfer the secondary battery cell for a cell folding process in a transverse direction when the first device releases the secondary battery cell for a cell folding process; and a third device configured to grip the secondary battery cell for a cell folding process gripped by the second device, rotate the secondary battery cell for a cell folding process, and move the secondary battery cell for a cell folding process upward and downward.
CAROUSEL FOR TRANSPORTATION OF ARTICLES
A carousel for transporting articles includes: a body rotated by a motor around a main axis, a stationary cam around the main axis and a plurality of transfer units mounted on the body to rotate around the main axis. Each unit includes a transfer element having a radially external portion to retain or release an article. The element is pivoted on the body around an auxiliary axis radial to the main axis and is coupled to the body to move along the auxiliary axis. The element is coupled to the stationary cam to rotate around the auxiliary axis. A pair of auxiliary cams is coupled to the element and integral with the body and auxiliary cam-followers are interposed between the element and the auxiliary cam to move on the auxiliary cams during rotation of the element around the auxiliary axis and move the element along the auxiliary axis.

Tool and method for separating and picking cut pieces of flexible materials
The disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for uncut material detection while lifting from an automated cutting table select pieces of thin, flexible material. The apparatus comprises a structured energy source and a structured energy sensor. The structured energy can be used to detect undesired lifting of a peripheral portion of the flexible material resulting from the presence of uncut material.
Tool and method for separating and picking cut pieces of flexible materials
The disclosure relates to a method and apparatus that separates and efficiently captures from an automated cutting table select pieces of thin, flexible material in an orderly manner which prevents damage to the selected piece while preventing the undesired lifting or movement of the surrounding material. The apparatus comprises a pick head assembly including a cylinder with a plurality of orifices that communicates with the selected piece to maintain contact between the selected piece and the cylindrical surface while the selected piece is being removed.
Film wrapping machine for product packing device using stretch film
The present invention relates to a film wrapping machine for a product packing device using a stretch film, including a frame having vertical bars extending upward and spaced apart from each other, a film clamping unit including a pair of suction pads which are moved in a direction of being spaced apart from each other in a state of adsorbing the stretch film so that a front end portion of the stretch film supplied from a film supply device is opened, and a plurality of clamps configured to grip the front end portion of the stretch film opened by the suction pads, receive the stretch film whose upper end is cut and bonded by the film supply device in a wrinkled state, and process the stretch film to be covered on a product in a process of lowering the vertical bars, and a controller which controls operation of the film clamping unit and the film supply device.
Information Item Forming Machine with Visual Inspection Unit and Method for Forming and Sorting Informational Items
An apparatus for forming and sorting informational items comprises a folding unit, a conveyor belt, a camera, a controller, and a diverter assembly. The folding unit forms a folded article from a sheet of paper. The conveyor belt transports the folded article. The camera captures an image of the folded article as it passes by the camera. The controller receives and processes the image, and the diverter assembly causes the folded article to move off of the conveyor belt when the controller determines that the folded article fails to satisfy at least one predetermined criteria.
