Image forming apparatus
An image forming apparatus includes an optional device, a casing, an image forming section and a sheet conveyor device. The optional device performs optional processing. The image forming section is located inside of the casing and forms an image on a sheet. The sheet conveyor device conveys, to the optional device, the sheet with an image formed thereon by the image forming section. The optional device and the casing are fixed to each other. The sheet conveyor device is fixed to the optional device and the casing.
Suction or blow thermal roller
A suction or blow thermal roller includes: a cylindrical body extending along a longitudinal direction; the cylindrical body including at least one inner tubular element and at least one outer tubular element that is concentrically arranged around the inner tubular element; the inner tubular element includes an outer diameter d and the outer tubular element includes an inner diameter D, being D>d; two hubs, each arranged at one end of the cylindrical body; at least one heat-exchange chamber realized between the inner tubular element and the outer tubular element. The roller includes a coating layer for the inner tubular element. The coating layer includes at least one rib arranged along a helical path around the longitudinal direction. The at least one rib is made in one piece in the coating layer, realizing at least one helical channel between the coating layer and the outer tubular element.
TRANSPORT DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A transport device includes a first belt member movably stretched, a second belt member, a first roller, a second roller, a third roller, a fourth roller, a fifth roller, and a sixth roller. The second belt member is in contact with the first belt member to form a contact portion in cooperation with the first belt member. The second belt member is movably stretched. The first roller stretches the first belt member and is capable of adjusting a tilt in a longitudinal direction of the first roller. The second roller stretches the second belt member and is capable of adjusting a tilt in a longitudinal direction of the second roller. The third roller stretches the first belt member and is located adjacent to the first roller and upstream of the first roller in a movement direction of the first belt member. The fourth roller stretches the first belt member and is located adjacent to the first roller and downstream of the first roller in the movement direction of the first belt member. The fifth roller stretches the second belt member and is located adjacent to the second roller and upstream of the second roller in a movement direction of the second belt member. The sixth roller stretches the second belt member and is located adjacent to the second roller and downstream of the second roller in the movement direction of the second belt member. The third roller, the fourth roller, the fifth roller, and the sixth roller each have a uniform diameter in a longitudinal direction of the roller, and are disposed at positions other than the contact portion.
Image forming apparatus having air cooling system
An image forming apparatus includes an apparatus body, an image forming device to form an image on a recording medium, a casing to accommodate the image forming device, a sheet discharging port through which the recording medium having the image is discharged from the casing, a sheet stacker to stack the recording medium output through the sheet discharging port and opening on one side of the apparatus body and surrounded by outer walls including an outer wall having the sheet discharging port, an air guide opening disposed within a sheet passing range in a width direction of the recording medium in a sheet conveying path through which the recording medium having the image passes from the image forming device to the sheet discharging port, and an air suction fan to discharge air passing through the air guide opening to an outside of the casing.
Image forming system and charge eliminating apparatus
An image forming system includes: an image forming apparatus configured to form an image on a recording medium; a post-processing apparatus configured to perform post-processing on the recording medium on which an image is formed by the image forming apparatus; a relay apparatus having a function of changing a transport speed of the recording medium on which an image is formed by the image forming apparatus to a transport speed of the post-processing apparatus and transporting the recording medium to a subsequent stage; and a charge eliminating apparatus configured to perform charge elimination on the recording medium that is charged, by reducing a charge amount of the charged recording medium, and the charge eliminating apparatus is provided at a stage that is after the relay apparatus and before the post-processing apparatus.
Apparatus for automated production of a roll of waxed fabric
An apparatus for producing a roll of waxed fabric is provided, the apparatus comprising: a frame; a temperature controlled bath at an entrance end of the frame; a squeegee pressed against an exit side of the temperature controlled bath; a cooling tower adjacent the temperature controlled bath, the cooling tower including walls and a manifold to define a cooling zone, the manifold for delivering a flow of air to the cooling zone, a tower roller rotatably mounted above the cooling zone and a lower roller rotatably mounted proximate an exit side of the cooling tower; a blower for delivering air to the manifold; a collection roller rotatably mounted adjacent the alignment roller; a driver roller in rolling engagement with the collection roller; and a motor in mechanical communication with the driver motor for driving the driver motor. A method of producing a roll of waxed fabric is also provided.
Device for cooling adhesive applied to a surface of sack bodies
The device for cooling an adhesive applied to a surface of bag bodies includes a transfer conveyor and a cooling conveyor. The transfer conveyor conveys the bag bodies at a transfer speed to the cooling conveyor, and the cooling conveyor conveys the bag bodies taken over from the transfer conveyor at a cooling conveyor speed. The transfer speed is higher than the cooling conveyor speed, which is why the bag bodies are arranged overlapping each other on the cooling conveyor. Due to this higher packing density, there is achieved a long dwell time of the bag bodies in the cooling conveyor at simultaneously a high flow-rate of bag bodies through the device.
Image reading device, image forming apparatus, and image reading method
An image reading device includes a first image reading portion, a cooling portion, a second image reading portion, and a notification processing portion. The first image reading portion reads an image of a document sheet at a first reading position. The cooling portion cools the document sheet at a cooling position downstream in a feeding direction of the document sheet with respect to the first reading position. The second image reading portion reads an image of the document sheet at a second reading position downstream in the feeding direction with respect to the cooling position. In a case where a difference image different from a first image read by the first image reading portion, the difference image being included in a second image read by the second image reading portion has been detected, the notification processing portion provides a notification that the difference image has been detected.
SHEET STACKING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS INCORPORATING THE SHEET STACKING DEVICE
A sheet stacking device includes a stacker, a detector, a blower, and a moving device. A sheet is stacked on the stacker. The detector detects a stacking amount of the sheet on the stacker. The blower blows air to the sheet stacked on the stacker. The moving device moves the blower with respect to the stacker based on the stacking amount of the sheet detected by the detector.
